I was placing an order on zara india online on 11th june and had opted for payment via upi.
I then did the payment through BHIM APP for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.
I did the transaction via [protected]@hdfcbank and money got debited from my account but zara did not received the amount.
Zara is still showing pending payment
I want my refund as soon as possible it's urgent.
Kindly check my concern and give me refund of my money at the earliest.
