Zara — Zara refund request got rejected and they di. didn't even send the product back. Pathetic customer service.

Ordered faux leather puffer jacket in size large on 29dec, 2021 for 4000rs got it on 3rd jan, 2022. Jacket was of wrong size(xs). Called for return the very next day and it was picked on 4th jan. Didn't hear from them for more than a week. Tried to contact customer service which is so pathetic. They told me that i'll be hearing from them in 24-48hrs. Then they send me this email saying that the product had no tags so your refund can't be processed. I called them and tried to explain that i sent it back as it was but they refused. They asked to provide address if i wanted my product back. I gave my address and he said that i'll be getting a tracking link. More than 15days and I didn't get my product back. Called customer service AGAIN to know the status of my product and he obviously said that the respective department will contact you within 24-48hrs. Its been more than a week since that. I haven't heard from them and haven't got my product back. Such disappointing experience and pathetic customer service.

They did the same thing with me. I ordered a puffer jacket and returned it back in good condition. They said it was found torn and without tags which is incorrect as the pick-up guy checked the product and did not find anything wrong. Now they are saying they won’t process refund. It seems that there is a pattern to this and they are just fleecing customer. Please let me know if they resolve this. I will be filing a consumer case against them.
