        I made a tansaaction at 12:53 AM on 14/4/2021 of Rs. 10, 000 via my zebpay registered bank account through PAYTM.

        But the amount is NOT REFLECTING in my zebpay wallet even though it has been debited from my bank account.

        Raised a ticket regarding the same # 381543. NO RESPONSE from the team zebpay yet. Please resolve the issue ASAP. [ either refund the amount in my registered bank account or zebpay account ]

          I had added 10000 inr from my zebpay unregistered bank account, it has been 24 hours but money is not reflecting in zebpay wallet. My ticket number is 385000. My email regsitered with them is [protected]@gmail.com
          Zebpay customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          There is no response from Zebpay support team. Can you help?

          Noone is replying from Zebpay support. Seems like a fraud played by Zebpay guys.

                Hi Team,

                I have done an IMPS transfer of 25000 INR from my icici bank to the registered account of Zebpay. My amount and transaction show success and money got deducted from the account but still the amount not showing in my wallet.

                I have raised multiple tickets with customer service however no one is responding yet. Kindly resolve this as soon as possible otherwise I will go with legal action.

                My mobile number associated with the account is [protected]. Please call me for all the details related to IMPS and I will share with you whatever is required.

                I created support tickets and emailed them multiple times. At the same time raised a charge back request from my back to another bank. It put pressure overall and then they solved it after 10 days

                    They have not responded or replied to my query yet. PFA the screenshot of my payment completed.

                    Nobody has contacted or even replied to my ticket or msgd me ? Is zebpay doing fraud here ? Bcz this kind of delay in receiving 1000 rs, how can I trust for bigger amount ??

                            Also day before yesterday I transferred money from zebpay to my account they were successful
