I had added 1000 inr from my zebpay registered bank account to zebpay add money, it has been 24 hours but money is not reflecting in zebpay wallet. My ticket number is 377731. My email regsitered with them is [protected]@gmail.com

They have not responded or replied to my query yet. PFA the screenshot of my payment completed.

Nobody has contacted or even replied to my ticket or msgd me ? Is zebpay doing fraud here ? Bcz this kind of delay in receiving 1000 rs, how can I trust for bigger amount ??

          But didn't receive yet
          Also day before yesterday I transferred money from zebpay to my account they were successful

                Account type - Saving (req current)

                Amount is deducted from my HDFC account but not showing in zebpay account.

                If by mistake I have selected saving account, please transfer my money back to my account or transfer it to zebpay account.

                          I have made a crypto transfer last 31st Mar 21 and couldn't find the successful details under transation hash. But crypto value and transation fee debited from zebpay wallet.

                          The same has been raised 3days back, still NO response from zebpay team.

                            Tech glitch while withdrawing money from account

                            My Zebpay wallet is linked to [protected] and [protected]@gmail.com.
                            There is serious tech glitch while withdrawing money from my account I have been doing the exercise for last 5 days, earlier there was no receipt of reset SMS link, i reset PIN via webpage and even after successful logged and in mid of withdrawal process there is message as "Account Blocked". When checking on mobile it accepted the reset PIN but after all while again...
