My Zebpay wallet is linked to [protected] and [protected]@gmail.com.
There is serious tech glitch while withdrawing money from my account I have been doing the exercise for last 5 days, earlier there was no receipt of reset SMS link, i reset PIN via webpage and even after successful logged and in mid of withdrawal process there is message as "Account Blocked". When checking on mobile it accepted the reset PIN but after all while again message as " too many attempts need to reset PIN" it has been the same wasteful exercise. Sent several mails with screenshots to zebpay.
Please respond I need to withdraw money.

Complaint marked as Resolved The problem resolved when logged in iOS platform instead of Android(as suggested in some online forums). The Zebpay team didnt respond to my mails, twitter comments
Zebpay customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
