Regarding Transaction

Money got deducted from my kotak Mahindra Bank account but not credited into zebpay account.The IMPS reference number is[protected].Tranasaction is done at 6:24 am on 25 March 2021....

Money deducted from my wrong account.

Hi, I request you to please correspond to my query as the sum of 50000/- rupees is debited from my unlinked account of HDFC bank instead of a linked account. As I mistakenly made the payment through another HDFC account. I am sending you the details of the transaction and also the details of the bank account from where I transferred the money. Acc. Amount not credited in wallet

Zebpay — Money didn't created in my zebpay wallet

I deposited 53000 ₹ into zeb pay wallet by my unregistered account with zebpay, my payment is successful by bank. But that transferred amount didn't show in my zebpay wallet. Account is blocked - Unable to withdraw amount

For last 11 days i am trying to withdraw amount from zebpay wallet, it's asking for pin. After entering valid pin getting notification that account is blocked and asking for pin reset. Then after resetting pin after 24hrs, if we try to withdraw, again getting notification that account is blocked and asking for pin reset. This is happening for last 11 days with everyday ending up resetting the password. Created many tickets by attaching screenshot...

Added amount but not reflecting

I have added amount to my zebpay wallet. It was not updated so i have raised a ticket and attached my bank acc statement. They said it is not having the reference id. So, i have added the ref Id sms shared by the bank. After that They're asking me to show that it is sent from your bank account with the IFSC code and all. when i have already shared all the details now it's more than a week and i am asking them to refund my amount....

Amount not credited.

I have a made a deposit to my zebpay account. The money is not yet credited and they are not replying to emails or support tickets as well. I could see that they are regularly posting on social media, but will not respond to 100s o[censored]sers who are complaining regarding the same issue on these platforms.

This app should be banned in India for cheating users....

Deposited INR 30, 000/- on 10th March 2021 from my Zebpay registered bank account. But till date the amount is not reflecting in my Zebpay wallet.

Their customer service rep till date has not been able to understand that the account that I used to make the NEFT transfer is indeed registered with Zebpay. Zebpay support ticket # 331847

Payment not credited

Sir, I deposited 2500 rupees to zebpay account from my Kotak Mahindra bank through [protected]@icici UPI. The amount is debited from my Kotak account but till now not credited in my zebpay account. I asked them and they are giving reply as we didn't receive payment from your side.

I cant use option call me since i am in UAE and incoming calls are not possible on my india number here.
