    Hi

    I have made a crypto transfer last 31st Mar 21 and couldn't find the successful details under transation hash. But crypto value and transation fee debited from zebpay wallet.

    The same has been raised 3days back, still NO response from zebpay team.

      My Zebpay wallet is linked to [protected] and [protected]@gmail.com.
      There is serious tech glitch while withdrawing money from my account I have been doing the exercise for last 5 days, earlier there was no receipt of reset SMS link, i reset PIN via webpage and even after successful logged and in mid of withdrawal process there is message as "Account Blocked". When checking on mobile it accepted the reset PIN but after all while again message as " too many attempts need to reset PIN" it has been the same wasteful exercise. Sent several mails with screenshots to zebpay.
      Please respond I need to withdraw money.

      The problem resolved when logged in iOS platform instead of Android(as suggested in some online forums). The Zebpay team didnt respond to my mails, twitter comments

          Hi zebpay,
          I have informed lots of time you whenever I sell my crypto currency that was an error like can not debut funds occur continue but still you have not respond yet or not given and solution please resolve as soon as possible this problem I have faced before 1 month, there is no problem in my bank account and payment gateway, this is totally zebpay problem I have attached screenshot please find it..

            I have put 8000 to zeb pay account but i haven't got money in to zebpay wallet neither i got any refund. I don't know where my amount has gone. Kindly response there is no response in zebpay app. No ticket response has come up.

                Very slow and pathetic service. Please include online chat so we can resolve fast. For one replay I have to wait for 2-3 days and for my reply they will wait.

                              Zebpay — Money didn't created in my zebpay wallet

                              I deposited 53000 ₹ into zeb pay wallet by my unregistered account with zebpay, my payment is successful by bank. But that transferred amount didn't show in my zebpay wallet. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. I'm waiting for your reply. I'm going to attach screenshot of my transaction. The date of my transaction is 25/03/2021. either refund back or credit to my wallet
                              I raise ticket in there support section but there no reply from them.

                                For last 11 days i am trying to withdraw amount from zebpay wallet, it's asking for pin. After entering valid pin getting notification that account is blocked and asking for pin reset. Then after resetting pin after 24hrs, if we try to withdraw, again getting notification that account is blocked and asking for pin reset. This is happening for last 11 days with everyday ending up resetting the password. Created many tickets by attaching screenshot and the app usage video as well. Still no response from them. All they reply is account is active and try to reset the pin. I am really fed up with zebpay. This appears to be a scam.
