Dear team have uploaded many times about the issue, of my deposit which I have done on 8th Feb 2021 but still I didn't get any reply from you and your team nor they reply my emails. 6000rs is not a joke. Can you please solve this. My ticket number is 275178 also have raised many tickets due to your irresponsible work. I have attached my bank email which status is already been transferred to cash free upi. And other you can what is there....

Money not credited to Zebpay wallet

I transferred 20k via Cashfree UPI on 10th February 2021. It's been 4 days and the money is still not credited to my account. I've raised multiple requests, updated tickets but still no response from the support team. Highly inconvenient!...

Not able to access my previous account

I tried to access my previous account with my mobile number [protected].

It's not accepted anymore, and I cannot access to my account nor use the app.

I tried to register my alternative mobile number.
But I failed to complete the KYC norms as these IDs have registered with my previously registered account
So how do I get the KYC accepted and start trading again....

Withdraw not successful but coins debited in zebpay

I sent TRON coins from zebpay to other account but coins are not credited even after 2 days.

I checked transaction ID given in transaction details but that is invalid.
Transaction Id: 9223364c13bc9fb5ab83db7eb46258b9d20252b2b0f1a259d9b5fc2f1896ee58

Even raised ticket #272392 for the issue asking them to provide transaction status and correct transaction details but no response till today.

Money got deducted but not debited to zebpay wallet.

Hi on 30th jan 2021 i transfered RS.77000 from my ICICI to beneficiary kotak bank account. Amount got deducted from my ICICI but it didnt reflected to my zebpay wallet My IMPS refrence no is[protected].

Zebpay refuses to update information and is actively blocking KYC

I've been trying to contact ZebPay several times with only automated service from their customer support. Meanwhile, based on their automated responses, have registered new account, but they actively reject all documents provided.

I had added 10, 009/- rupees into to Zebpay wallet using UPI-GoCashFree - PhonePay .

The amount got deducted instantly, but it's not reflecting yet in ZebPay wallet though it's been more than 72 hrs .

Could you help me to resolve this issue please ?

Fiat deposit transfer of 20000 Inr has not reached my zebpay account

I have done my KYC, put in my bank details in the zebpay android app and then transferred 20000 Inr from my registered Citibank account to Zebpay. ( transaction detail attached. )
This amount has not reached my zebpay account.
I have raised 4 tickets on the zebpay android app which remain unattended.
I have sent 3 emails to Zebpay and there is no answer at all.
I believe this company is taking the consumers money...

Unable to trade. Unable to sell , withdraw my currency

From past one week i am unable to sell my crypto currency and from past two day i am unable to deposit, withdraw and sell. I repeatedly mailed zebpay team however i wasnt received any answer nor any solution. When i was trying to sell it is showing "unable to debit funds". I would like to know have solution please....

Refund not credited the bank account

On 2nd January 2021, I had deposited Rs. 200000 to the Zebpay account.
The transaction was processed and the amount was credited to their account. But, the request to process the money was cancelled on their app.

It has been more than 10 days that I am asking them to make a refund to my bank account. But, they are just stalling me for it.

Money not been transferred to my linked account

Hi Team,

On Dec 30 ₹20000 was transferred to zebpay wallet but till jan 5 money was not transferred so I cancel the request and now since then it’s been on hold even after marking them an email on Jan 7 asking for reversal but no response from them not even a phone number to call them....

Regarding updation of prices

Zebpay raises the price when you are about to buy and when you are setting a price to sell it at margin of profit... they never let it reach by manipulating the system... All other wallets does do look like genuine...Zebpay is very fishy and letting us lose coins... with reference to the attachment given.. the price of Litecoin is not rising at all...but on the other wallets... the price is quite high as compared to zebpay... It does happen...

Deposit amount not visible in app

I deposited money in zebpay account but still not visible in app. I raised the ticket and chasing the team for 2 days but have got no response at all. Pathetic service on issue resolution. Also no contact number mentioned....
