Hello Team,

I deposited an order of Rs 50000 through ICICI IMPS transfer on 8th of February, deposit number being #D10422439. After 4 days, I cancelled the order in application as I needed money for other payments. Since then, money has neither been added to the Zebpay wallet nor it has bee transferred back to my bank account. I have raised multiple tickets #285475, #283935 but there is no response. Please assist on an urgent basis.

    Please do the work of sending ₹20000 to my wallet or bank account soon.

          On[protected]PM IST+5:30, LTC-INR pair buy order by market tab of 15000INR amount deducted from wallet, but order not executed, showing pending balance, but not credited to account, all past orders also showing as empty, please resolve the issue ASAP

            I had initiated an IMPS transfer of 10, 000 INR to the ZebPay ICICI account on 15th Feb; the transaction is successful. However, the amount is not credited in my ZebPay wallet. Ticket # 288812 has been submitted with ZebPay support but there's no update after the initial acknowledgement email.

            Highly disappointed with the service and this is really a deal breaker fro any future transactions. Please assist in getting either getting my money back or crediting them to the ZebPay Wallet at the earliest.

                      Dear team have uploaded many times about the issue, of my deposit which I have done on 8th Feb 2021 but still I didn't get any reply from you and your team nor they reply my emails. 6000rs is not a joke. Can you please solve this. My ticket number is 275178 also have raised many tickets due to your irresponsible work. I have attached my bank email which status is already been transferred to cash free upi. And other you can what is there. Please solve this issue

                        I transferred 20k via Cashfree UPI on 10th February 2021. It's been 4 days and the money is still not credited to my account. I've raised multiple requests, updated tickets but still no response from the support team. Highly inconvenient!

                            I tried to access my previous account with my mobile number [protected].

                            It's not accepted anymore, and I cannot access to my account nor use the app.

                            I tried to register my alternative mobile number.
                            But I failed to complete the KYC norms as these IDs have registered with my previously registered account
                            So how do I get the KYC accepted and start trading again.

                              I sent TRON coins from zebpay to other account but coins are not credited even after 2 days.

                              I checked transaction ID given in transaction details but that is invalid.
                              Transaction Id: 9223364c13bc9fb5ab83db7eb46258b9d20252b2b0f1a259d9b5fc2f1896ee58

                              Even raised ticket #272392 for the issue asking them to provide transaction status and correct transaction details but no response till today.

                                    I had added 10, 009/- rupees into to Zebpay wallet using UPI-GoCashFree - PhonePay .

                                    The amount got deducted instantly, but it's not reflecting yet in ZebPay wallet though it's been more than 72 hrs .

                                        I have done my KYC, put in my bank details in the zebpay android app and then transferred 20000 Inr from my registered Citibank account to Zebpay. ( transaction detail attached. )
                                        This amount has not reached my zebpay account.
                                        I have raised 4 tickets on the zebpay android app which remain unattended.
                                        I have sent 3 emails to Zebpay and there is no answer at all.
                                        I believe this company is taking the consumers money and earning interest on the same at the expense of the consumer.
                                        I trust i will get a resolution quickly from consumer complaints.
