Why is membership fee being charged in my account. Every month why is it being deducted from my BTC wallet

Why is membership free being charged on my zebpay account.

My pan card's not being accepted, it keeps showing "Image upload unsuccessfully " when I uoLoad the front side if it .

Rs 8007 were debited from my DBS bank account but not credited in zebpay wallet. The transaction (Reference ID:[protected] was showing successful on 4th Jan, 2021 but the amount was not reflected in the Zebpay wallet. Please look into it and help me get my money back.

I have purchase ethrium from wallet amount has deduct my wallet but not reflect in my account

Zebpay service has been very pathetic now compare to 3 years ago. My withdrawal amount has not been credited to my bank account. I have raised a ticked but no one bothers to update it.
My order is showing pending and there is no reference number given.
Now I want to switch over to better alternative to zebpay.

I will never ever recommend zebpay to anyone.

Hi, I deposited a sum of INR 1 lakh from ICICI bank account in my Zebpay account on 1 Dec 2020. Its 4 Dec 2020 today the money is still not getting reflected in my wallet. I have even raised a ticket with Zebpay (#192870) for the same. I have even cross checked with my bank and they have mentioned that the transaction was successful and the money was deposited in the bene bank. Please help me resolve this issue. I am attaching a screen shot of my bank account with the transaction highlighted in red. awaiting your reply.

I transferred funds using the first option available in the zebpay named instant transfer using my kotak app of rupees 35000 and it is been 2hours nothing has reflected in my zebpay wallet balance, it is a real pathetic unprofessional company i have ever seen, they mention that the deposit will reflect instanly whereas for hours and hours has gone but nothing is reflecting, such a pathetic crypto i have never seen who doesn't even have employees to solve the queries, my concern is if you dont have work force then why the hell you run a company and ruin our time ? Zebpay must be without work but we have work to do in day to day life, pathetic app ever, refund the money or face the charges of 100 crores defamation case if this is not going to reflect in my wallet by evening.

I have given a withdrawal of 112.92 euro to my bank account which is in UAE 10 days ago. Very bad and delayed response from zebay team and my money is not credited yet

I'm very disappointed in Zebpay because you have looted my money.

There was no rule of membership fee when I had joined, I bought Bitcoins for ₹1026 3 years ago & waited for the Bitcoins value to increase so that I can sell my Bitcoins for a better price.

In between 2017 & 2020 Zebpay was vanished from Play Store & from India. I had contacted you on Sept 27, 2019 regarding this matter, you had given me the reason that "As per the RBI directive dated 6th April 2018, Zebpay has ceased all trading and INR deposits and withdrawals for all Indian customers.
What this means is that you will not be able to buy, sell or trade cryptocurrency on our platform".

How do you expect me to make transactions if you were not available in India?

However, I came back to Zebpay few days back, I wanted to know what happened to my money & I saw that you had deducted my money several times. I didn't get update from you saying that you are back in India.

When I returned back to Zebpay I had balance ₹29 in my Bitcoins account. How do you expect me to place sell order if I had less than ₹100 because Zebpay app asks minimum ₹100 to place order.

I want my money back in my Bitcoins account or Rs account so that I can start over. I can't lose my money because you had vanished.

I was happy that you came back to India, I thought you will give my money back with profit but you are just retrieving your losses from poor investors like me.

Today i did a transaction from my account to zebpay wallet. But the amount is not being shown in wallet.
Im waiting from morning.
To cross check i later did a transaction of rs100 again. But that also not showing

Hi .. I am using Zebpay application for sell/purchase crypto currency and this is the number [protected] which i using for Zeb Pay account . I bought TRON (TRX) currency by Zeb Pay app ten days back but app was hanged during the TRX transaction ( You can see in screen short) and INR 23000 amount has detected from ZebPay balance and TRON currency is also showing 0 Value . I did complaint regarding this but yet not receive any response from ZebPay side till now.

On 26th July 2020 i deposit money in that app through phonepe app two times Rs. 1000 & Rs. 100 for purchasing ether or bitcoins, but i didn't done any transation or that, after 5 days from deposit period i try to withdraw my deposit amount, but it can't process for that, they are still shows in the process and also they didn't reply of mails. i have to withdraw my deposit amount, and i accept their terms & conditions for deductions on withdrawl. Help us for withdraw the amount which is deposited by me. i attached herewith screenshots of related issue.

We have bought the share of order #d9739773 but it doesn't processed to next level and shows the status in pending. I am unable to withdraw the deposit amount nor receive the share value. I am afraid of future investments. I have mailed 4 days before with no response.

My withdraw is still pending and i have not received my money yet. It has been more than 10 days when I withdraw. Please look into this matter.

Only Indian users are charged with membership fees and rest of world is waived by them, also it is charged in crypto or inr balance and it is automatically cut from crypto or inr balance, better to stay away from zebpay and find some other alternatives, membership fees is not acceptable because afterall they making money by transaction charges, think if stock exchange would do like that then in entire india no people would have any shares who would just keep them as savings or investments. this is not a complain actually, its just my point of view about zebpay

My withdrawal transaction no W1843818 dated 19/8/2020. 7 working days completed. And 5 compliant ticket number raised no response so far

I have made a withdraw request before 5 days. Still now, my request is pending. My registered mobile number is [protected]. Iam not expected such a bad experience from zebpay. Also, i have raised a ticket about this issue in zebpay apk, but there is no response from your side still now.
