Good noon Sir. I am Suman Ghosh a customer, belonging from India. I need customer care help.

I already mail to customer care but any response have not been received till time.

I can't understand how to close position.

I have done my KYC, put in my bank details in the zebpay android app and then transferred 20000 Inr from my registered Citibank account to Zebpay. ( transaction detail attached. )
This amount has not reached my zebpay account.
I have raised 4 tickets on the zebpay android app which remain unattended.
I have sent 3 emails to Zebpay and there is no answer at all.
I believe this company is taking the consumers money and earning interest on the same at the expense of the consumer.
I trust i will get a resolution quickly from consumer complaints.

From past one week i am unable to sell my crypto currency and from past two day i am unable to deposit, withdraw and sell. I repeatedly mailed zebpay team however i wasnt received any answer nor any solution. When i was trying to sell it is showing "unable to debit funds". I would like to know have solution please.

Sold EOS, Order executed but amount not credited to wallet.Its been more than 7 days I raised ticket no response till now. Showing in pending balance.

On Dec 30 ₹20000 was transferred to zebpay wallet but till jan 5 money was not transferred so I cancel the request and now since then it’s been on hold even after marking them an email on Jan 7 asking for reversal but no response from them not even a phone number to call them.

Zebpay raises the price when you are about to buy and when you are setting a price to sell it at margin of profit... they never let it reach by manipulating the system... All other wallets does do look like genuine...Zebpay is very fishy and letting us lose coins... with reference to the attachment given.. the price of Litecoin is not rising at all...but on the other wallets... the price is quite high as compared to zebpay... It does happen only if you have invested in a particular coin.

I deposited money in zebpay account but still not visible in app. I raised the ticket and chasing the team for 2 days but have got no response at all. Pathetic service on issue resolution. Also no contact number mentioned.

Why is membership fee being charged in my account. Every month why is it being deducted from my BTC wallet

Why is membership free being charged on my zebpay account.

My pan card's not being accepted, it keeps showing "Image upload unsuccessfully " when I uoLoad the front side if it .

Rs 8007 were debited from my DBS bank account but not credited in zebpay wallet. The transaction (Reference ID:[protected] was showing successful on 4th Jan, 2021 but the amount was not reflected in the Zebpay wallet. Please look into it and help me get my money back.

Zebpay service has been very pathetic now compare to 3 years ago. My withdrawal amount has not been credited to my bank account. I have raised a ticked but no one bothers to update it.
My order is showing pending and there is no reference number given.
Now I want to switch over to better alternative to zebpay.

I will never ever recommend zebpay to anyone.

Hi, I deposited a sum of INR 1 lakh from ICICI bank account in my Zebpay account on 1 Dec 2020. Its 4 Dec 2020 today the money is still not getting reflected in my wallet. I have even raised a ticket with Zebpay (#192870) for the same. I have even cross checked with my bank and they have mentioned that the transaction was successful and the money was deposited in the bene bank. Please help me resolve this issue. I am attaching a screen shot of my bank account with the transaction highlighted in red. awaiting your reply.

I transferred funds using the first option available in the zebpay named instant transfer using my kotak app of rupees 35000 and it is been 2hours nothing has reflected in my zebpay wallet balance, it is a real pathetic unprofessional company i have ever seen, they mention that the deposit will reflect instanly whereas for hours and hours has gone but nothing is reflecting, such a pathetic crypto i have never seen who doesn't even have employees to solve the queries, my concern is if you dont have work force then why the hell you run a company and ruin our time ? Zebpay must be without work but we have work to do in day to day life, pathetic app ever, refund the money or face the charges of 100 crores defamation case if this is not going to reflect in my wallet by evening.

I have given a withdrawal of 112.92 euro to my bank account which is in UAE 10 days ago. Very bad and delayed response from zebay team and my money is not credited yet

I'm very disappointed in Zebpay because you have looted my money.

There was no rule of membership fee when I had joined, I bought Bitcoins for ₹1026 3 years ago & waited for the Bitcoins value to increase so that I can sell my Bitcoins for a better price.

In between 2017 & 2020 Zebpay was vanished from Play Store & from India. I had contacted you on Sept 27, 2019 regarding this matter, you had given me the reason that "As per the RBI directive dated 6th April 2018, Zebpay has ceased all trading and INR deposits and withdrawals for all Indian customers.
What this means is that you will not be able to buy, sell or trade cryptocurrency on our platform".

How do you expect me to make transactions if you were not available in India?

However, I came back to Zebpay few days back, I wanted to know what happened to my money & I saw that you had deducted my money several times. I didn't get update from you saying that you are back in India.

When I returned back to Zebpay I had balance ₹29 in my Bitcoins account. How do you expect me to place sell order if I had less than ₹100 because Zebpay app asks minimum ₹100 to place order.

I want my money back in my Bitcoins account or Rs account so that I can start over. I can't lose my money because you had vanished.

I was happy that you came back to India, I thought you will give my money back with profit but you are just retrieving your losses from poor investors like me.
Because of you, I lost ₹1026.

I'll never invest in your company again. I'll give negative ratings & reviews wherever & whenever possible so that others will be aware of Zebpay, the fraud company.

Today i did a transaction from my account to zebpay wallet. But the amount is not being shown in wallet.
Im waiting from morning.
To cross check i later did a transaction of rs100 again. But that also not showing
