Hi team,
Raised issue to zebpay (Ticket no. 626213)
I had transferred rs. 20, 000 to zebpay through express transfer, amount debited from my bank account but not credited to my zebpay account.
I have already sent bank statement in pdf format and other required details which was asked to send. Still after 22 days amount (20, 000) not refund to my account.
I have already called to zebpay customer care many time but they always reply that "i have forwarded case to backend team they are looking into this. Please wait for 24 to 48 hours."
Please help me to get refund this amount

Still issue is not resolved. I have called customer care multiple times but same reply from customer care that "your request is under process please wait for 24 to 48 hours." I think Zebpay is doing fraud. If any transaction fails then it will revert in 7 working days in respective account.
Please help me resolve this issue.

Whenever i call customer care they reply same that "your request is under process please wait for 24 to 48 hours." I think Zebpay is doing fraud. If any transaction fails then it will revert in 7 working days in respective account.
Today i also called but still they are saying request is under process. I am waiting for resolution from last one month. because this issue was raised at 19th December 2017 and today is 19th Jan2018.
They are not refunding the money. I think their intention is not to return my money.
Please help me resolve this issue.
