Hi team,
My rs deposit order d4033870 for ₹ 9000.00 created on 12/01/2018 is canceled. My imps transfer (Andhra bank) was successfull.
Attaching a screenshot of that.

I have raised two tickets to them but got no response. Their customer care number never connects, what should i do?
Please help me to solve this problem...

    756402 and 756388 is the ticket number i have raised for my issue. Also spoke your phone helpline and they suggested i speak to blockchain. Why should i speak to blockchain when the amount was being transferred to zebpay.

    Please could you check as my bitcoins worth more than rs1.5 lakhs are pending incoming receipt on zebpay from the past 36 hours!

      Hi team,

      Raised issue to zebpay (Ticket no. 626213)

      I had transferred rs. 20, 000 to zebpay through express transfer, amount debited from my bank account but not credited to my zebpay account.
      I have already sent bank statement in pdf format and other required details which was asked to send. Still after 22 days amount (20, 000) not refund to my account.

      I have already called to zebpay customer care many time but they always reply that "i have forwarded case to backend team they are looking into this. Please wait for 24 to 48 hours."

      Please help me to get refund this amount

      Hi Team,

      Still issue is not resolved. I have called customer care multiple times but same reply from customer care that "your request is under process please wait for 24 to 48 hours." I think Zebpay is doing fraud. If any transaction fails then it will revert in 7 working days in respective account.

      Please help me resolve this issue.

      Still waiting for resolution of Ticket no. 626213.
      Whenever i call customer care they reply same that "your request is under process please wait for 24 to 48 hours." I think Zebpay is doing fraud. If any transaction fails then it will revert in 7 working days in respective account.

      Today i also called but still they are saying request is under process. I am waiting for resolution from last one month. because this issue was raised at 19th December 2017 and today is 19th Jan2018.

      They are not refunding the money. I think their intention is not to return my money.

      Please help me resolve this issue.

        I'm using zebpay mobile application. I placed a withdrawal request in 07/01/2018 and got mail that withdrawal request is processed. But still, now i have not received money in registered bank account. I raised a ticket, ticket no 747928. Can some from zebpay confirm me what is the status of my withdrawal? It already takes three days. Nobody has replied to my support ticket.

        What is this happening zebpay, the price of Bitcoin raised by more than 4000usd till Monday from $12000 to $16680, but in inr it is not even fluctuating.

          Highly disappointed with zebpay. Three withrawal are showing completed on zebpay but are not credited in my bank account since past 2 days.

          Request zebpay to be as loyal they were before & transfer the amount. I hope there has been some mismanagement with my case which can be resolved at the earliest.

            Sir, i deposited huge amount into zebpay mobile app... I transferred my money through imps method... The reference number provided on my transaction was entered on the zebpay app... But after the transaction it was showing as wrong reference number.. But the amount got deducted from my bank account... And they haven’t send the amount back into my account... It’s written on their app that might take a month... But i need a reply atleast on their ticket (Complaint centre) that my money is safe... Need to process my other transactions... Need this money urgently... They are not replying on creating a ticket also.. Kindly help

              Hi,

              Do no't try to depsoit money to zebpay account. They are intentionally trying to cheat customers by saying the amount is not crediting to their bank account even if we have a proof. The reason why i am saying bacz i have despoited the amount of 5000rs on 4th jan 2018 and placed the order but they simply rejected the order by saying that the amount was not credited to their bank account but when i verified to my banker they told that the amount credited to recpient on te same day. From that day omwards i have created almost 10 tickets by attaching screen shots of bank statment and netbanking payment screenshot and called so many times to their customer care but this bogus company simply closing all my tickets without any reason and the customer executives (Worst customer service experience, you won't see like this in any company in this world) telling your ordered failed so you have not depsoied the amount and we wont give your money even if you have bank statment proofs. I have spent almost 500-1000rs to call their customercare but no use. So requesting you guys do not try to depsoit this so called bogus zebpay bitcoin exchanges and loose your hard earn money

                I made a payment of Rs 10, 000 on 10th december 2017. its not reflected in zebpay app. i can see Rs 0 in rs deposit in app. i have my bank statement that payment has been credited to zebpay. i filed tickets on zebpay support. their response is very late and after few days that ticket was closed. I tried their toll free customer support number but they know hindi and do not know english.

                  I didnt get my refund money from zebpay'its 49, 900. They are keep telling my ticket is under progress. I don't know how long one ticket is under progress. And their keep customer call hold and earning money. I spent more than 2000 for speaking them daily past one month. They are really very worst to satisfy customer. My ticket id is #719435.

                  Once i have created a ticket, they have closed that ticket without resolving the problem. Their service also very worst.

                  Guys dont go with zebpay this is really horrible. See take me as an example processing time they are taking more than a month. Its deposit or withdrawal. Anything. Think before enter to zebpay.

                    My registered mobile number is [protected], and i have initiated payment of rs-24000 through imps to zebpay account. And after 2 days my payment was failed and i didn't get any refund. And when i call customer care they always tell that "we will look in to your issue and contact you through email" which they dont do. I am attaching all the details such as my bank account statement, imps beneficiary screen shot, and imps status. So proceed my request as soon as possible.

                      I have done a withdrawal request of rs 5010/. From my account (Mob: [protected]) under order number #w858038 but till now i havent got my money.

                      I had already raised a support ticket for this issue and provided my bank statement for the same but after this too i havent got my money.

                      I request you to take this on high priority because your customer care guys are not supportive enough to give a valid reason for the delay.

                      Hope a immediate action will be took on this.

                      Hi all, my name is Meghana. Yesterday night I withdrawn 17632 from zebpay and I got a message saying transaction failed and will be processed in 3-4 working days. But in next 5 hrs amount got credited to my account. This is not complaint about zebpay but I am sharing my experience

                        Dear sir,

                        This company is a bitcoin exchange.

                        I had transferred rs 10000 to this company on 30th dec. On same day,
                        I withdrew rs.5000 from my zebpay balance. I normally shpuld have received within half day.

                        Now its been 8 days and i still havent received the money in the bank account.

                        I am regularly following it up with their customer support but they just tell me that the complaint has been transferred to their accounts team. No update has been given to me since 5 days since that. They are telling me everytime to wait for 24-48hrs but still i havent received my money..!!

                        On saturday 6th jan 2017, i demanded them to let me speak to their senior dept people which after lot of refusals they finally agreed. But when they transfered my call to the senior dept the phone kept ringing for half hour and no one picked up my call. I finally disconnected it tired of waiting.

                        I have even raised a complaint for my issue with them via mail. The ticket id for the same is 705660. On the mail also they are telling me to wait only...

                        Very much disappointed with this people...!!

                          I had withdrawn money from my zebpay in account on 31/12/2017 but till date its not credited to my bank account. I tried calling them but after two or three rings call gets disconnected automatically. I even raised a ticket and as response they told me to attach my statement from 31st december to till date. Even after doing that there is no proper response.

                              I have done a withdrawal of 1500 from zebpay on dated 01/01/2018 and amount have been deducted from zebpay wallet and i have received a confirmation mail that your amount has been deposited to your account but till now mount is not credited to my account and when i am talking to customer care they are saying that amount will be credited to your account please wait.

                                I've withdraw my money on 1st jan 2018 and now 4th jan has passed but my money is not reflected in the bank account. Customer care says it will take 24 hrs and my 24hours are not yet ended. I am very disappointed with this response. I want my money back. I am mailing support team on regular basis but they are not giving trustworthy responses. Every time they say it will take some time. We have work load and all. Now i am worried about my money. As a middle class woman i can't afford that loss of money. Please help me in this situation.

                                  This company playing with customer money they properly planed for cheat, be aware do not put money.

                                  Please help to get my money back. How to put case on them

                                  I invested money using my sate bank of india bank the amount is 14000.

                                  Since from 10 days cheesing them, simply keep on telling reference number incorrect and passing the days

                                  1) first thing they customer care number not working form your registers mobile number
                                  2) no response of your emails.
                                  3) blocking the account with out knowing you

                                    I had initiated a withdrawal request on[protected] and after one hour i got a mail mentioning that my withdrawal request has been processed but still it is not yet credited in my bank account. Request no w854365.
                                    Mobile no [protected].
                                    I have also submitted my bank account statement till 3rd january 2018. The customer support team does not give correct information they keep on telling me wait for 48 hours and issue will be resolved.

                                    Please let me know how can i trace these people.

                                      I placed withdrawal order of rs 10000 frm zebpay app but amout is not credited in my bank account msg is showing your order has been cancelled but amount is debited fron my zebpay account my withdrawal ordet no is w869712 kindly credit amount in my bank account or i have to think about closing my account i dont want to do bad publicity so kindly do the needful as early as possible

                                        I had withdrawn my money back from zebpay 4000 rupees (They charged me ₹10 as fee) 3900 rupees were supposed to get deposited into my account in one day as they garuntee, but now when i confirmed with the bank, sent them my bank statements they ignore everything and close my ticket on the email and they don't respond their emails properly and they have closed my ticket for 5 times and they aren't escalating the transaction!
