On 8-9 September my zebpay amount has been reduced by 220 amount.As mentioned in Service request "So due to this reason, you should have received 5428 bits but received 5428 more bits (total 10857) in your account with the transaction made on 06/09/2016 6:08 AM."
As checked on blockchain the transaction 5428 has been reflected. The same on zebpay too. However 220/- has been deducted without any reason.

I am unable to do any transaction. Like sell / Send / Recharge anything. Getting'Cannot debit the amount' Error.
Also I have received some message saying that technical issue my account is added with double btc. But no such a transaction was happened. I have created support ticket and it is not yet resolved. This time I am very disappointed with Zebpay service. Their Toll free Customer care number is not working.

As I am zebpay new customer and for now one day experiance with zebpay is WORST . PATHETIC wallet when world is moving with blazing fast speed, ZEBPAY is following SLA for your deposit amount to show 1 working day. Com'on team gearup and wakeup you are handling finance job, not sitting to somewhere it is OK

I continuously make complaints to ZEBPAY through mails but there is no proper response from your side.
I already mentioned that the payment made by me on your Ahmadabad branch account and the IFSC code mentioned by me of your HDFC mumbai branch but after the verification from my bank i came to know that the same amount has been already credited in our Ahmadabad br.account.
Kindly note that delay in payment may incurred penalty and you are the responsible for that.
Also check the attach images regarding the payment made, account statement of my bank account as well as the details containing beneficiary details and bank details on zebpay containing request in 128809.
Please do the needful.
