I had initiated withdrawal request 3 days ago and still I haven't received my money, my withdrawal id is W4701192, I have to pay my premiums and if its not received on time then I'll have to pay higher interests resulting in more financial loss. Please give me my money back.

      I've purchased 10k worth of SHIB coins on Zebpzy exchange on feb22...i.e 3500000 coins in total...i've bought this coin to hold long term...when i logged in back to check now i was literally shocked to see 1382000 coins as my holding balance...to check what happened to my holding i conted the zebpay customer support ...they replied that i was debited as custodial fee and is non refundable...even if there was a custodial fee...how could they debit 70% of my investment as custodial fee...this is totally unacceptable...i want a refund of my investment...if they fail to...i wanna sue them fr tht...

          I Placed an Withdrawal Order no W4694907 for 6418.93 and W4698554 for 5040.72 four days ago but each time zebpay respond that it will settle within 3 days, there is no customer care support to talk positive response. How can I get my money back .plz help

            Hi on 14th of august Zebpay blocked my account they told me to do level 2 KYC I submitted all the documents whatever they requested even I submitted sender details with explaination. But they are not helping me still they are saying suspicious activity I given all the prove of that but still they are not giving my funds and account access back my 11 BTC ARE STUCKED in Zebpay please return my funds. Zebpay is harassing me since couple of weeks I need solutions I need my funds back. My ticket number is 1022910.

                    I am operating Zebpay account since last 1year and I want to lodge a complain.

                    On 1st July 2022 I made two deposits in Zebpay account 30, 000rs and 10, 000rs
                    Total 40, 000rs.
                    After 24hrs of deposit not been reflected in my Zebpay account I was informed that my Zebpay account has been blocked.
                    Since 1year I was using Zebpay with documents verified status and now a photo of physical Pan card is needed again, I lost my pan card few months back and now I have reapplied and it should be available within 20-30days as per Indian Govt. Timeline but they said they will keep it blocked till then.

                    I want to bring to your notice the stress I experienced as earlier I dint get any update to update my documents, straightaway suddenly the account was blocked and I no longer can do any crypto transactions neither i am aware of he status of refund till now that when will i get my amount of 40, 000rs back in the source bank account, as no one has given me any proper timeline for the same.

                    I request you to refund my 40, 000rs back in registered source bank account.
                    Its highly unacceptable way that Zebpay has chosen to suddenly without any intimation to block. If i was informed then i wouldn't have tried to deposit the fiat and now the recent Fiat and all the crypto is also stuck in the account.

                    I humbly request you to refund the recent 40, 000rs as original pan card photo will take time.

                    Hope you understand my situation and give a resolution and I wont have to raise more complaints on all web forums against Zebpay.
                    As it's hard earned money and Zebpay has no right to harass the customers this way.

                      I can't able to withdraw money (1500)from my zebpay account they blocked account. And also i deposited 1000 on 3july 2022, they told me to refund back but not received till now .
                      I raise many tickets and mail but they are not responding . Tickit number - 977474 and 982953

                            Ezaz raza(ticket 936042).
                            Account is blocked from 28 april. Cannot withdraw any money. First they said to complete kyc2 verification for which i submitted all docs. Then they started saying that a/c is blocked due to suspicious activity pendig further investigation. It has been 16 days since that. They keep saying they will communicate soon but now they blocked me from all telegram twitter support and also complaint tickets are getting autoclosed in 2 mins. Not even allowing to make complain on their app now. Completly they have taken all my money and not telling anything at all. Very very fraud behaviour, they deleted all my chats from their telegram support too where i had complained about this issue.. very suspcious things zebpay is doing. In total from 24 days they have locked all my money, and not letting withdraw anything

                              Dear zebpay, i have completed my kyc level 2 already so why again my account disable. i c'nt unable to trade or fiat withdraw and deposit.sir, it's not fair. why zebpay again and again need kyc . i have in trouble and my money again stuck.

                              sir, zebpay help support system harrased our coustmers.they have d, nt solve tickets and closed without solve problems .they blocked me on telegram (zebpay official chat group).

Again I have waited for many days and they all have not even bothered to communicate. so much of my money stuck without providing me with any details. They are now acting like robbers. How much time it takes for you to communicate. 24 days over and you can't provide clear details. And if you are saying "suspicious activity". Then fine let's settle this once and for all in the " Court of law". Because I am fedup of this pathetic behavior. I have literally paid tens of lakhs of fees in last 1 year to zebpay . Thief company and deaf customer support. They are now closing all complain tickets automaticaly even without seeing it.

                                        Hi. It is one week since I have deposited 2 lakhs into my zebpay account. Till now the money is not credited into my account. Zebpays bank idbi has confirmed that they have received the payment, and my bank has confirmed that the deposit is a success... Attached is both confirmations. I have contacted zebpay ticket no 913633 and always the response is to wait patiently. Kindly do the needful.
