I did a payment of ruppes 10000 via upi on zepay on 2 February 2022 on 7:19
And the amount has been deducted from my account but has not received in my zebpay wallet please help with my complain my upi reference id is[protected]

    Hi,
    Is there any way to contact the bank owning your account to see if the deposit has been successful? It is working day today and the NEFT transfer is not updated yet. The money is deducted from my account.

      Tried depositing money three times into Zebpay account from my registered bank account. Money was debited from my bank account but still not credited into my zebpay account. I raised a ticket but no response from them. This is very frustrating issue in such a crucial trading app.

        I tried depositing 10k two times ( total 20k INR) into Zebpay account from my registered bank account. Money was debited from my bank account but still not credited into my zebpay account. I raised a ticket they just say will fix the issue and nothing else.
        Ticket no: 819431

        Kindly look into this urgently and resolve immediately.

          Hello,
          I have deposited INR 50000 to Zebpay via Airplay UPI on 10th Dec, and the bank confirmed several times that the amount had already been deposited into the beneficiary account.

          All of the information and messages from the Bank are listed below. My funds have already been transferred to the account listed below.

          ICIC Mumbai Churchgate branch
          IFSC: ICIC0000393
          Account: last 4 digits are 2599
          Reference Number:[protected]

          Please check with the bank and let me know where the money is now. This information has been forwarded to your team numerous times. If this is not resolved quickly, I have already given all the proof what else do you want?

          The message below is from my bank, and it confirms that money has been transferred to the Beneficiary Account.

          "Dear Customer, Your transaction of Rs 50000 from ICICI Bank was successfully credited to the beneficiary AIRPAY account XXXXXXXX2599 on 10/12/2021 00:07:07 with RRN[protected]. In case the beneficiary has not received the amount, then please share the reference number with the beneficiary, to check with their bank".

          I need my INR 50, 000 back right away; please take this seriously and escalate this matter to your head department.

            I had transferred 106USD IN BTC they received 66USD IN BTC even when I send market value 4100000 when they received that time market value 4250000... it's mean zebpay charged 74USD FOR 106USD ### of zebpay close ur company...

                I was unaware of the charges and I just wanted to try and see how crypto send and receive feature works so I transferred 1k Shiba INU coins and they charged me around 980000 coins to send that and when I complained there was no consideration done from their end which was really disappointing

                      I made a payment of 10000 INR on 24th Sep, 2021 11:30 PM and Google pay shows successful transaction of the amount. however, Amount has not been credited into my Zebpay account and I have received an email from Zebpay saying unsuccessful transaction.

                          I have done transaction of 20000/- inr to my zebpay account named nilkanth mukeshbhai patel mobile : [protected].

                          Bank name : hdfc bank
                          Ac no : [protected]
                          Ifsc code : hdfc0003338
                          Dungri branch.

                          Please find the attachment for payment proof. Please update it otherwise transfer back from my bank account.

                          Amount still not credited in my zebpay account.Whats is your problem?
                          If, you are not able to credit please give back. This is last warning.

                          And if are not do anything than I will not wait more and I raise complain in national consumer forum, cyber security, media, rbi governor, finance minister.

                          I want appropriate answer fe your side.

                          Jitne bhi google par number diye sabhi fake he. Ek bhi number lagta nahi he. Isse sabit hota he ki company mahachor he jo sirf aur sirf logo ke paise lutati he. Na customer care support karta he aur mail ka reply tak dena nahi aata he.

                          Zebpay ne mera payment nahi diya to ye case ne media me le jaunga aur cyber security me bhi complain karunga sath me rbi governor, finance minister ko bhi mail jayega. Aur sabhi media paper me bhi aayega.

                          Zebpay muje mera payment chahiye.

                          Chhodne vala nahi hu aap jaise fraud logo ko. Kitna gotala kiya abhi tak. Aapko me 5 mail bhej chuka hu koi bhi mail ka reply nahi diya he.

                            I made tron withdrawal of 17806.96 trons to an already whitelisted address on Zebpay but the trons are not recieved yet at that address and there is no transaction number either to track transfer. Kindly resolve this ASAP. Attached screenshots please find.

                              Very poor customer support.
                              I made crypto withdrawal to an already whitelisted address on Zebpay but the crypto is not recieved yet at that address and in history it is showing "ERROR". I raised a ticket, it's been more than 24 hours the issue is not resolved yet. Knowing that cryptos are very volatile and this missing transaction can cause me high loss, I'm repeatedly requesting CS to resolve this but everytime they are replying me to wait. Isn't this priority? Knowing crypto volatility.

                                I have transferred 3001.895 matic from binance to zebpay but it is not recieved on my matic address on zebpay. I have seen on polygon scan there it shows matic.. But not recieved on zeppay matic addrress

                                  I have added a UPI which was not associated with my zebpay registered bank account number by mistake. I made a deposit of INR 30, 000 from it. The transaction was successfully done from my UPI app and a notification was also reflected on @Zebpay but still no money is credited to my balance.

                                    Its almost 10 days I made 2 transaction from zebpay to my paytm bank account and I don't received money from zebpay to my bank and zebpay say its deposit into your bank account but its not deposit into my bank I share bank account statement and email from my bank that funds is not come into my bank account. So now I don't understand where is my 3lakh 90 thousand rupees .I think you know about it when any person withdraw any funds he or she gets 2 emails from zebpay 1st is for initiated and 2nd is for successful but in this case I get only 1 mail from zebpay that is only initiated but not received any mail from zebpay about successful funds transfer. I m literary too much frustrated from zebpay .
                                    first transaction of 200000 Indian Rupees on 4th Aug evening 6pm
                                    second transaction of 190000 Indian Rupees on 5th Aug morning 8.30am
                                    I have bank Reverse payment UTR no and all
                                    I shear bank statement from starting to end and shear messages of paytm bank also that payment is failed due to credit limit is over.
                                    zebpay take all information when I raised ticket but in starting they close my ticket every time and respond me "we are working on it please wait "
                                    almost 10 times they say same things and till now they say same thing and now from last 3 days they stop reply on my ticket and ticket is still open but no response come from zebpay. I attached some pics related to my bank .The zebpay mark as paid in transaction history but nothing is come. I have lots of other proves also but i cant shear that due to my privacy .
