Hi Team,
I did 33000 INR to Zebpay wallet from my ICICI bank account on 10-Apr-2022 at 14:36 (around), still the fund/deposit not reflecting on my Zebpay wallet

have raised ticket for the same on support ([protected]@zebpay.com) but no response

ticket details-912413 & 912564

Please check & do the needfull ASAP

    Hi there, I purchased a PHP Script from Codecanyon.net which is the most popular platform for the digital marketplace, then I messages in the support panel for installation to my server. I left an email of mine to their panel. Then a person came to me over Gmail which is [protected]@gmail.com and told me that he or she can do it in $50. I was ready for this. The email is the same as their company name so I didn't notice on that it will be fake. I think this is genuine. Our all communication is listed below:

      I have purchased following three currencies in may 2021 in INR. however its showing only one in portfolio since last few months

      Purchase in INR 500, Currency Ether Purchased Qty 0.001563

      Purchase in INR 400, Currency Bitcoin Purchased Qty 0.00009803

      Purchase in INR 91, Currency USDT Purchased Qty 1.13156

      Querry was raised to customer care in the month of Oct 2021(dated 16/10/2021). but its not resolved. Currently none of the currencies are shown in my portfolio

        I'm sharing some screenshots which is about 7000rs dispute. I'm unable to understand language of zebpay which is written in email screenshot.

              I am tired of explaining my stuff again and again.
              Not sure who's reading the chain of emails which have been going through me.
              I feel it highly stupidity for zebpay as u guys give me same response again and again. This is the last time I am gonna explain things and if it's not getting solved. I am taking this to consumer court.
              Please read below carefully and understand it.

              Feb 2nd - Tried to deposit 9000 from my phone pay and money got debited from my account and nothing reflected in zebpay wallet. Emailed zebpay asking about the same and recieved reply back stating I need to contact my bank and have it reversed as u guys didn't get the amount. U can check the attachment of email I recieved from your support asking me to contact the bank.

              Feb 3rd - Contacted my bank and raised a chargeback as 9000 was still not credited to my zebpay wallet.

              Feb 4th - Suddenly 9000 is credited in my zebpay wallet.

              Feb 5th - I had withdrawn the 9000 into my bank account from zebpay wallet.

              Last week i had recieved BTC and sold it and tried to withdraw my amount and only then I come to know that my account is blocked for a chargeback .

              Now when I contacted my bank they clearly said they have resolved the issue from their side and they cannot help futher or withdraw the chargeback request.

              Feb 21st - I recieve 9000 credited in my bank account reference saying chargeback cleared.
              I called the bank and told them that the chargeback raised had to be withdrawn.
              Bank had clearly mentioned that since amount has already been credited back to me. They will be unable to do so as the issue is solved from their end.

              Now clearly understand the issue. As I have received the money back. I can either upload it again or u can deduct that 9000 from my balance in the wallet and restore my account.

              All this problem started by you guys asking me to contact the bank when the issue happened initially. It was not done intentionally.

              Now these are the issues.
              1. My bank cannot withdraw the chargeback request as I have recieved the 9000 back.

              2. You guys need to come up with a solution for this.
              Either deduct the amount from my wallet or i can upload it back again

              My humble request is please don't reply back the same answer again and again.

              Please let us get down to a solution.

                Hello there..i am started to be worried and tension.. today mrng I check zepay after long time... And it shown 0rs.. honestly I had 41 k balance ... and there is shown that withdraw 41k from the request... I never accept this.and even itself withdrawed and even i haven't get mail too.. i lose 40k.. please help me whoever take this money and it should have pay me back and and check which sent my bank account, i started take ticket in 5 days same they talking play with me... Please investigation for my zebpay

                    Is there any way to contact the bank owning your account to see if the deposit has been successful? It is working day today and the NEFT transfer is not updated yet. The money is deducted from my account.

                      Tried depositing money three times into Zebpay account from my registered bank account. Money was debited from my bank account but still not credited into my zebpay account. I raised a ticket but no response from them. This is very frustrating issue in such a crucial trading app.

                        I tried depositing 10k two times ( total 20k INR) into Zebpay account from my registered bank account. Money was debited from my bank account but still not credited into my zebpay account. I raised a ticket they just say will fix the issue and nothing else.

                        Kindly look into this urgently and resolve immediately.

                          I have deposited INR 50000 to Zebpay via Airplay UPI on 10th Dec, and the bank confirmed several times that the amount had already been deposited into the beneficiary account.

                          All of the information and messages from the Bank are listed below. My funds have already been transferred to the account listed below.

                          ICIC Mumbai Churchgate branch
                          IFSC: ICIC0000393
                          Account: last 4 digits are 2599
                          Reference Number:[protected]

                          Please check with the bank and let me know where the money is now. This information has been forwarded to your team numerous times. If this is not resolved quickly, I have already given all the proof what else do you want?

                          The message below is from my bank, and it confirms that money has been transferred to the Beneficiary Account.

                          "Dear Customer, Your transaction of Rs 50000 from ICICI Bank was successfully credited to the beneficiary AIRPAY account XXXXXXXX2599 on 10/12/2021 00:07:07 with RRN[protected]. In case the beneficiary has not received the amount, then please share the reference number with the beneficiary, to check with their bank".

                          I need my INR 50, 000 back right away; please take this seriously and escalate this matter to your head department.

                            I had transferred 106USD IN BTC they received 66USD IN BTC even when I send market value 4100000 when they received that time market value 4250000... it's mean zebpay charged 74USD FOR 106USD ### of zebpay close ur company...

                                I was unaware of the charges and I just wanted to try and see how crypto send and receive feature works so I transferred 1k Shiba INU coins and they charged me around 980000 coins to send that and when I complained there was no consideration done from their end which was really disappointing

                                      I made a payment of 10000 INR on 24th Sep, 2021 11:30 PM and Google pay shows successful transaction of the amount. however, Amount has not been credited into my Zebpay account and I have received an email from Zebpay saying unsuccessful transaction.
