I was unaware of the charges and I just wanted to try and see how crypto send and receive feature works so I transferred 1k Shiba INU coins and they charged me around 980000 coins to send that and when I complained there was no consideration done from their end which was really disappointing...

I have transferred 2000 rs through neft from my ICICI account to zebpay...money has been deducted from account but doesn't got transferred to zebpay account...I request you to refund my 2000 rs...

I have transferred 3001.895 matic from binance to zebpay but it is not recieved on my matic address on zebpay. I have seen on polygon scan there it shows matic.. But not recieved on zeppay matic addrress...

I gave my frnd this wallet saying LTC only, but when making payment he accidentally sent me BTC thinking its BTC wallet, because Zebpay LTC wallet looks same as BTC,

After contacting support they replied...
