I have deposited money in my Zebpay account which bank has also confirmed that Zebpay has received but they are neither returning nor transferring to my account. This is happening since past 6 weeks that I have been writing mails to them but instead of providing solution, they are just sending me copy / pasted message

    I want to state that on dated 08th June, 2021 i have made payment from my registered bank to zebpay account through netbanking amounting of Rs.75000/- around 8 PM IST. Now almost 60 hours past but not shown in zebpay account. Payment detail mentined as under:

      Address: Balance not shown in zebpay

      On 08th june 2021 i have depoaited 75000 from one account and same moment balance deducted from bank account, but still balance not shown in zebpay account. I HAVE RAISED TICKIT ALSO BUT NO RESPONCE AT ALL..ALMOST 60 HRS GONE BUT NO PROPER RESPONCE..I HAVE ALSO TALKED TO ATOM PAYMENT GATWAY, THEY TOLD THAT PAYMENT GIVEN TO MERCHANT..BUT STILL NOT SHOWN.

            I made an internet banking transaction of Rs. 150000/- to deposit fund into Zebpay wallet but the amount is not credited to wallet.

            I'm getting same reply every time from Zebpay support but my problem is not resolved. Kindly resolve it on priority basis.

                I deposited 50000 on June 9, the amount was debited from my bank account, the balance was supposed to be updated within 15 mins but has still not been updated in zebpay.

                I have raised the ticket (#505363) but the issue is still not resolved.

                They have not even mentioned the reason for this error, Please help me get my money back.

                    I have transferred 54000 and 150 rupees in Zebpay on 8th June and got the screen as a successful, this amount supposed to be credited in Zebpay in 15mins but even after day it is not credited, raised a ticket as well but as usual no response till now

                          I am also a ZEBPAY user. I deposited some money of about rs. 10010 from my bank account to the ZEBPAY wallet through net banking. My money was transferred from my bank side successfully but it has been more than 48 hours but still it didn't get reflected in my ZEBPAY wallet. Pls respond to this query

                            I had transferred 8k from my bank account to zebpay wallet through Netbanking. The amount got deducted from my bank account but is is not yet deposited to zebpay Wallet. Ive been trying to connect to customer care also raised a ticket for the same, but havent been getting any sort of help from anyone. Could you please look into this issue.
