Dear Sir,
I deposited 10, 800/- from my registered bank account through NetBanking on 08/06/2021 @ 19:22 hrs on Zebpay Application, the transection was successful but balance still not showing on my Zebpay wallet
Kindly Deposit my refund on priority basis.

Received my money back after 1 week, finally, but they doing scam like harshad mehta, they holding and block people account using that money in stock market after getting profit they release that money.

    I am also a ZEBPAY user. I deposited some money of about rs. 10010 from my bank account to the ZEBPAY wallet through net banking. My money was transferred from my bank side successfully but it has been more than 48 hours but still it didn't get reflected in my ZEBPAY wallet. Pls respond to this query

    Did u get your thing resolved. If so how???

      Hi,

      I had transferred 8k from my bank account to zebpay wallet through Netbanking. The amount got deducted from my bank account but is is not yet deposited to zebpay Wallet. Ive been trying to connect to customer care also raised a ticket for the same, but havent been getting any sort of help from anyone. Could you please look into this issue.

            Withdrawal amount is not credited in bank account.

            I'll place an withdrawal order on 15/05/2021 ₹18000 still my money will not credited in my bank account. I'll send all documents related to my problem . Bank statement, bank email which is clearly mentioned that amount will be credited in bank account. But from yours side don't have any reply on my tickets. Please check it sir as soon as possible....

                      Unable to deposit or bank transfer

                      Why am I unable to deposit money even i have tried for about more than a month . Either net banking nor the bank transfer non of this feature provided by zebpay. I'm writing this in an anticipation that the concerned people will assure the recovery of the same....

                          Sir I transfer the 300 $ from my ESPN GLOBAL to zebpay account to buy etherium coin on 03.05.2021. On 10.05.2021 status activated shown in my ESPN GLOBAL Account. But till now etherium not credited to my zebpay account. So please solve the problem as soon as possible.

                            I had deposited Rs. 15000 and then Rs. 100. But it has still not reflected in the Zebpay wallet.

                            As I am their customer since 2017, I hope you don't want me to look forward to your alternative.

                            Your reputation is at stake due to this and potential your long term customer loosing opportunity.

                                    I deposited inr 50 two time just to check whether the netbanking deposit system was working or not. it took 3 hours but the deposit went through, so i decided to deposit inr 1, 90, 100 and it has been 1 day and 2 hours and the deposit has still not went through. i just want to know where my money is? and how do i get it back.
                                    for help, i've raised several ticket but no such help has been provided to me by Zebpay Support.
                                    i did it using PNB netbanking. i can provide all transaction numbers to deal with. i either want my money returned or the money to be deposited in my zebpay wallet.
