I purchased zebronics 2.0 multimedia computer speaker from rudra infotech on 24th august 2018. He gave me a warranty on this product of 6 months. After purchasing it starts fluctuating and its one speaker is not working properly within 10 days. I complaint about the same to retail store where he asked us to give it back to him. We gave him the speakers. Which after 7 days returned back saying it was opened by us.
This is bit intolerant and undigested. Literally i know what problem it is suffering and can repair it on my own. But its about the dignity of the company thus i took formal steps which they reply very much disgusting. Was this information helpful? |
