My name is ashishkumar patel. As per my trailing mail, i contacted zebronics care last time in february-2020 due to problem occurred in my zebronics wireless earphone (Within 3 month of purchase). It was repaired by vadodara service center and was given to me in february-2020.
Now again i am suffering problem with the same earphone.
From last week, i am unable to hear voice from one of the ear plugs and earphone getting heavy vibration.
I tried to call customer care number[protected]. But the number is not reachable.
The item is under warranty of one year and two times i submitted for repair. Currently my earphone is with vadodara service center.
Due to such poor quality, i request your good self to replace me with the new earphone in place of repairing considering warranty period. I am going to submit review on consumer forum as poor performance of zebronics journey wireless neckband earphone.
