Zee Business — Purchasing Xiaomi Mi redmi note 3 but it is defective but not refunding my money

सर मैंने शोप से Xiaomi MI redmi note 3 खरीदा जिसमे कुछ कमी थी और बो मेरे को ठीक नही लगा तो सर्विस सेंटर से डी.इ.ओ बनबाया और सेट को एक्टिवेट भी नहे किया और तीन दिन के अन्दर जमा किया जोकि सर पौलिसी है की सात दिनों के अन्दर रिफंड और दस दिन के अन्दर वापिसी लेकिन सर बो डीलर बोलता ह अब कुछ नही मिलेगा न रिफंड और न ही कोई सेट और तेयार है तो कोई बेकार कंपनी का सेट दे रहा है जो मेरे को पसंद नहे और रिफंड मांगो तोह बोलता ह टैक्स कटेगा और बोलता ह बैसे जो कर मिले बो कर लेना और misbheave करता ह वहुत तो सर प्लीज मेरी मदत करिये मेरे को रिफंड दिलाने मई मेरी मदत करिये मई आपका वहुत आभारी रहूँगा


Hello Sir,
I bought Radmi note 3 from Jaiswal Agencies (E-4, Butler Plaza, Bareilly - 243001).
The handset was not working properly so I took DOA from services center within 3 days of purchasing.
But shopkeeper is neither refunding my money nor he is giving me new handset while it is under refund policy.
So please help me.
I want refund because I am tired of all those thing, now I can't bear any more.

NOTE :- Handset is not activated.
