Zee Tv — installation problem of z5 app

Paid Rs99.00 for one month thru Itunes on 16 Oct.
so far the account not activated. Three tickets raised and all details sent but no action from your side. Now requested I tunes / Apple for refund.
Want to subscribe but not sure whether I will get it and again fight for the refund

Zee5 is fake...after paying 65000 IDr for one month subscription i am not able to watch any premium shows.. I had complain several time through email but there is no response from that side, my one month subscription will be ended soon without enjoying any show...I live in Jakarta so I am not able to do phone chat so I always email to zee5 customer service...
Plz resolve my problem. I am attaching my proof of buying one month subscription

I availed zee5 subscription for 6 months @ rs 479/ which was debited on 27/ 10/ 2019...But today when I opened Zee5 it tell that subscription expired and need to recharge...Please help me in this regard

Yesterday night i tried taking premium subscription ( rs. 999/-) for zee5 app on my mobile. after online banking money transfer money was debited but it showed successful subscription.
there is no number or contact on app to contact customer care. till not money is gone from bank but no subscription.
please update.

I bought the subscription and the money got deducted but the plan is not working...what to do?? I just read through the previous complains and there is many more complains like mine. You guys should solve this problem quickly because it's causing so many subscriber inconvenience.
