Zee Tv — unable to access zee5 premium after payment | |||||
I availed zee 5 premium subscription on 11.08.2018. I paid an amount of rs. 499 as a subscription fee for one year. The said amount was paid through paytm: Thinking that there is an issue wth paytm i called paytm and as per them the money is being transferred to zee5 but i am still unable to access zee5. The zee 5 order reference bearing no is as below: You just made a successful payment of rs. 499.00 at zee5 For future reference, your order id is [protected]@683c99e0c13c4c3283815ec129e1531e. Thanks, Paytm team After a while i even complained about this in the "contact us" description by email to "support.[protected]@zee5.com". No response is received till date.
