Zee Tv — zee5 subscription issues/unable to watch on tv

I have paid an amount of 999/- for the annual subscription to zee5. The money has been paid through amazon pay and accordingly it has been deducted from my account.

A successful transaction message has also been received through amazon pay end. Yet the payment doesn't reflect in zee5 app and accordingly my subscription to zee5 doesn't show.

I have raised complaint in the app as well but there was no response.

Updated by Rakeshnair786 Request you to kindly update status...I am not able to find my recharges in the transactions history of my Zee5 App.
Now i am able to use the Zee5 app on which a 8 day free trial subscription is running.
Kindly let me know when would my package of 999/- be updated in the App.
