Zee5 — expired offer displayed on zee5 misleading customer to do payment through paytm nad not giving any cashback

Hello,

I paid for Zee5 monthly subscription worth INR 99 through Paytm with the intent of availing 50 % cashback offer form Paytm 24 December 2018.
After doing the transaction successfully, I did not received the 50 % cashback i.e. INR 45.5 in paytm wallet.

I contacted to Pyatm customer servce about same and they responded back saying that you will not receiving as the offer is ended on 21st December 2018 .

Now if the offer is already ended then the 'Get 50% Cashback with Paytm'' is still displayed on mutilple screen of Zee5 App including buy subscription and payment screen misleading the customer to get 50% off of the payment amount.

there are no Hyperlinks or terms and condition or any other information Zee5 app regarding 50 % cahbck offer with Paytm, so that a customer can get the knowledge if the offer has expired or is not applicable any more

This is a clear case of misleading and thus reulting in fraud by displying an expired offer and cheating the customer .

I checked on Paytm community page there has been several slimier cases of not receiving the cashback while the payment for Zee5 app .

hence Zee5 app and Paytm are equally involved in this farud and may have cheated many customers like me.

this is my formal intimation to boh Zee5 and Paytm to resolve this issue and provide me my cashback as promised on Zee5 app or I will log a formal complaint on consumer forum.
