Zee5 — paid subscription but no access

I have paid for their online one month all access membership subscription via paytm but have not been able to access a single video or movie despite that. Every time I try to access anything on the app it displays the message that something is wrong and I should try again. Moreover, they are sending me emails saying they are "missing me" and I should download their app, which I already have downloaded several times and tried to logout and login several times to. My payment should be refunded ASAP.
