Zee5 — payment getting deducted even if service is not subscribed

I haven't subscribed for zee5 still amount is getting deducted from my paytm account. Im not getting unsubscribe button on any of the screens.the app shows no active plans but if i check payment history tab, payment details are shown. Email linked to my id is [protected]@gmail.com
