Zee5 — cancellation of subscription and refund of subscription charges

Dear concern,

I am a subscriber of zee5, in may i have started a subscription for one month of zee5, because i was in isolation due to direct contact with covid 19 positive.
I have made payment for this with the credit card of my friend because i don't have credit cards and debit cards, because all my documents and cards are in my office.
This month i have not requested for subscription, but today on 01/07/2020 i have received a call from my friend adv. Deepak sharma, he asked me that you have again taken a subscription of zee5 from my credit card, i asked him that i have not applied for any subscription.
I and he both are advocates, i want to know how you continue my subscription without my permission and how you debit the amount of subscription without my consent from my friends credit card.
Cancel my subscription of zee5 and refund money as soon as possible in my friend's credit card.
I have one more objection that there is not any toll free number of zee5 to contact for any query.
Shutdown your company if you have not any platform for resolution for queries of customers on tollfree number.
Because i feel too much harassment because i am trying from morning to find out your tollfree number, i don't find any toll free number, i find a number[protected] from your website, i have called on this number so many times but unable to connect any attendant.
So i feel that so many people like me are facing this problem, this is my suggestion to you to arrange a toll free number as soon as possible, your company is dealing in sales of subscription of zee5, so that this mandatory to provide toll free number to your customers.
Otherwise i will complain of your company in the ministry of information and broadcasting and also file a pil against your company in supreme courts.

By mistake double payment made & 599 excess paid to Zze5

Now they say there is no Refund policy & they can adjust for future subscription.

Can it be justified??
