payment getting deducted even if service is not subscribed

I haven't subscribed for zee5 still amount is getting deducted from my paytm account. Im not getting unsubscribe button on any of the screens.the app shows no active plans but if i check payment history tab, payment details are shown. Email linked to my id is [protected]@gmail.com...

I'm trying to cancel my subscription but it wasn't getting cancelled
So i deleted the app
But next month money got deducted from my paytm automatically
It happened today also so i installed the app again and tried to cancel the subscription but it doesn't work it's shows there is no plan but my money has been deducted from paytm

    I bought a subscription of 1 month only but they deducted payment for consequent month automatically without any intimation. Also payment was not on auto pay mode. This is ridiculous. They did not even sent me a message.

        I have ordered for zee5 subscription twice. One for 999 and the other for 599. None of the times did it work. Nothing was showing. I would like my money back asap. If i don't get my money back i will have to take stricter actions. Either refund my money or else make my subscription work. By today! And also i have seen this complain site is not useful at all! I have written as much as i can regarding the problem but you # only want us to work more in getting something that you do the work for. You guys are just useless. I am also a working women and i work in a call centre like you guys but we are much more professional than you donkeys. I tried calling you up but no response. So please do the needful by today.

          Yes i opted for 99/- plan which is all access pack yesterday 12.04.2020, but when i login to zee5 i am not able to watch the premium series/movies etc.

          Kindly look into it asap.

          I have also dropped query and also sent an email to zee5 support team but there is not response.

          Please help me with the same

              I have paid for their online one month all access membership subscription via paytm but have not been able to access a single video or movie despite that. Every time I try to access anything on the app it displays the message that something is wrong and I should try again. Moreover, they are sending me emails saying they are "missing me" and I should download their app, which I already have downloaded several times and tried to logout and login several times to. My payment should be refunded ASAP.

                I have made payment for premium pack of a year. Registered no.[protected]. Emailid : [protected]@gmail.com.
                The subscription is not reflecting and they're not refunding the payment as well.
                I dropped a mail regarding my issue
                They asked me several details again and again, i replied with details.
                As they were unable to activate, i asked for a refund of my payment, now they're not at all replying.

                  I have made rs. 999 annual subscription fee to zee5 using google pay. The payment is successful but the payment is not reflecting on my zee5 account. Now it is 48 hours, despite me sending hourly emails, i have got no response. Kindly help in getting refund or subscription.

                  May payment was made on 25th march.

                  The service team cannot even respond with eta. This is the most frustrating experience.

                    Have paid an amount of 99 for the monthly subscription to zee5. The money has been paid through paytm and accordingly it has been deducted from my account. A successful transaction message has also been received through paytm end. Yet the payment doesn't reflect in zee5 app and accordingly my subscription to zee5 doesn't show.
                    I have raised complaint in the app as well but there was no response
                    I made a payment of INR 99 for one month subscription but the amount has been deducted but the subscription have not received yet. The payment was done via Paytm. Either provide the refund or the subscription for one month of INR 99.

                      I have paid Rs. 99 for 1 month subscription to Zee5 through app on 24 March 2020. By Paytm with their reference as per screen shot attached.but the account still shows No Subscription.
                      I have raised complaint to Zee5 but they have not resolved nor sent message of acknowledgment or initiating remedial action.

                        My name is Rishi, my ZEE5 id is [protected]@gmail.com. I bought a subscription of 99 rupees for a month on 20th march 2020, however subscription is showing still inactive after the payment. And there was not auto renew option while making the payment but it is showing auto renew Yes.
                        Kindly help me resolve this issue.

                          My name is jay parekh i have paid 99 rs for all channel subscription but recently i changed my mobile network provider and they have given me 1 year free subscription of zee5 hence i mailed zee5 customer care to delete my current subscription and allow me tp use my free subscription, firstly they dont have any customer care no where we can contact them they just have a help option and then they raise a ticket and u get a mail, i got a mail from harshal saying that after your monthly subscription ends please mail us and we will delete ur account and hence i mailed him twice on 14 march 2020 but i did not get any response from him or zee5 kindly help me

                            We telugu guys like "amrutham" show very much as it was our childhood favorite and we still hapy to watch it all the time. We are very happy happy to watch it in youtube later zee5 brought it and and now it has all the shows but with no ending which was very disappointed to us.. So please take some action... This will help them keep customers happy..

                              I'm watching 'swarajyarakshak sambhaji' on zee5 website which telecast daily on zee marathi on 9 pm. On zee5 website i found there are cast which is showing which role is performed by whom.. Dr. Amol kolhe is playing the role of 'sambhaji' is written there. The chhatrapati shivaji maharaj and chhatrapati sambhaji maharaj are god for everyone therefore we must give respect to them so i request to change the name from sambhaji to chhatrapati sambhaji maharaj or shambhu raje
                              I have paid the payment for Zee 5 premium subscription for 365 days of Rs 999/- but the transaction failed and also the money was not credited back to my account. I request to zee5 to resolve my issue as soon as possible.

                                I have zee5 premium subscription, it was running smoothly, but all of a sudden it is not working. I can not watch any premium content, only can watch free videos. My subscription status is active 19th Oct, 2019 - 19th Oct, 2020. (Rs.999)
                                I have asked for help by writing to them, they started some conversation and after 3-4 questions they stopped responding. Submitted further queries, but no response.
                                Now it looks like case of cheating.
                                Either they activate the premium content or refund my money.

                                  I started watching chargesheet-innocent or guilty yesterday. I watched 4 episodes and then started watching 5th one but suddenly it got stopped and couldn't find the series any more in the site. Is the web show still available in the site or not? If it's yes then why can't i see? I subscribed the app and i always do the subscription. Then what's wrong with the app? Please let me know as soon as possible. This is quite dissapointing as a customer of zee5. Please resolve this issues as earliest.
                                  Zee5 app is not working properly since 2 days it's hanging in between... It's not my phone fault because only this app is hanging... Since 2 days I'm not able not see my TV shows and please respond to our calls...

                                          I purchased premium of zee5 through amazon yet i am unable to access the premium content. Ut always says try again later but for non premium shows it's working fine. Neither i am able to browse help section. This is highly unethical. The amount is debited from my account but still i am not given premium membership, for all the shows it is asking to subscribe which i have already done
                                          I'm unable to cast the tv serials from the zee5 app to my tv using Chromecast. This is the only feature I use coz I have subscribed to it, only so that my parents can watch the serials when the visit. If that is not happening, I want my refund.

                                            Since last 3 months i am unable to see latest marathi serials on tv by beaming from my ipad using cromecast or apple tv. Old serials i can watch on tv with the same setup. Number of complaints by email has not resulted in solving the issue.
                                            While i am watching serials on ipad for past3~4 days i find that while watching the serial every3~4 minutes serial stops and one has to press triangle to start again.
                                            I request your forum for help.

                                              I have purchased the zee5 annual subscription for one year from paytm.

                                              After using 7 months, my account got hacked and someone is using my account through mobile number.

                                              Then suddenly subscription ended before one year complete.

                                              Contacted through mails. But they have only password reset solution.

                                              And then nothing response.

                                              Pathetic zee5 than others and support too.
                                              Amount Rs. 99/- for monthly subscription deducted vide QR code through Paytm with ref: [protected], but still it shows not subscribed.

                                                Subject: Zee5 and Airtel are not honoring the subscription package application on the Zee5 website, functionality does not work along with irresponsible behavior without support.

                                                I had purchased Airtel Gift card ID xxxx491 for Rs99 to my Zee5 account 1 month package to view premium content as on 1 Oct 2019. Till Zee5 have not activated.

                                                With my hard earned money I purchase and my family is waiting to view their favorite serials daily hoping that the voucher will be made available by Zee5.

                                                Both Airtel and Zee5 have been irresponsible with no functionality available to activate the voucher in their website and Airtel is least bothered for their customer having purchased this voucher from their App.

                                                Why provide such a voucher facility when the customers can not reimburse?
                                                How long does this Zee5 need time to enable the simple functionality?
                                                Why Airtel is not responding who are in CC and least bothered for customer care, being amount credited to their account?

                                                Not sure how many customers are strangled and are facing such difficulty, by looting our hard earned money and defaulting in their service.

                                                Request TRAI intervention to bring check and help resolve the issues customers are facing.
                                                Few minutes ago i submitted my card details and opted for subscription money has been deducted but i didn't got my subscription...such a pathetic service your providing please doo overlook on that for further details i can show youu my money is deducted from my account.
                                                I do not find any option to cancel my auto-renewal and unsubscription from Zee5 account.
                                                I paid Rs99 as subscription fee for zee5 app but I couldn't download zee5 app I request you to refund the amount thank you

                                                  I was supposed to get cash back to my amazon account for making payments towards zee5 membership.
                                                  However amount is still not credited to my amazon account.
                                                  My zee5 membership account is associated with my mobile number [protected]. I have complaintain to zee5 cc and in response they replied that ofer was not vaild, however i have send them all the attachemnt/message received from zee5, stil they are ignoring this

                                                    On july22 2019 rs.599 have been deducted from my account for all access pack. But my membership was not activated. I filed a complaint immediately n customer care responded saying that they r responsible for the problem n promised me to refund the amount rs.599. But till now i didnt get any refund. After that i tried to complaint so many times but in vain. I didnt expect this type of response from zee5. This is happening wth so many people money is being deducted n not refunding it for not activating the membership. Atleast this time i hope i get a refund. Pls do needful

                                                      On 7 aug, 2019 i raised an issue that my samsung tizen os zee5 app is not opening and showing error "sorry, something went wrong, please try again". I raised the issue here and in fb messenger as well. I provided my credentials and after a week i was asked to reinstall the app as it was fixed. It worked for few days, but again the same problem is appearing. I reinstalled the app, but that didn't help. I get so many issues in this zee5 app, whereas these kinda issues do not happen with apps like netflix, amazon prime, hotstar, etc. Could you resolve this at the earliest?

                                                      Zee5 app has so many different different issues, so many times i had to contact cust service. They do not respond properly. Earlier they used to response in, at least, fb messenger, but now a days, they have stopped doing that as well.
                                                      I have paid RS 99/- for Zee5 Premium subscription on 17th October 2019, but still I am unable to watch zee5 premium movies etc.

                                                        Hello sir,

                                                        I have opted for zee5 annual subscription on 1st august 2019. While taking the subscription, it was clearly mentioned that i will get 30% cashback from amazon. I got a message from zee5 for the same as well but now they are refusing to give the cashback and telling me that cashback was valid till 31st july only. But while making payment, i clearly saw the cashback offer was showing on their application. Can you please help me in getting the cashback. I have sent multiple emails to zee5 and also contacted amazon pay customer service but no one is helping

                                                          I have purchased a subscription pack of thos zee5 app but i'm unable to watch videos on it. I try alot but i failed. I subscribe it again that i think its work now if there is some issue previous but again transaction completed and my payment successful but till i'm unable to watch any videos of premium on it. I think this company makes us fool, please take action on it and resolve my issue as fast as you can. Please do something in my favour and take strict action on this company.
