Zee5 — refund

Hi, while in india this year on january 2019 i took the zee 5 membership in india under my email id somnath. [protected]@gmail.com ([protected]).
I stay in south africa, unfortunately when i am back to sa i found that india membership is not working in sa here they run a separate monthly scheme in local currency. On 18th jan 2019 i informed zee 5 for the same and asked them to refund my indian money as i was taking the local membership under same email address and mobile number +[protected].
I am yet to get the refund back and zee is not responding my queries after so many reminders. They are actually taking my inr 999 in a wrong way.
Need immediate inetrvention from zee5 sr managemnet in this case.
