Zee5 — subscription package of zee5 does not work and not able to redeem | |||

Dear Sir, Subject: Zee5 and Airtel are not honoring the subscription package application on the Zee5 website, functionality does not work along with irresponsible behavior without support. I had purchased Airtel Gift card ID xxxx491 for Rs99 to my Zee5 account 1 month package to view premium content as on 1 Oct 2019. Till Zee5 have not activated. With my hard earned money I purchase and my family is waiting to view their favorite serials daily hoping that the voucher will be made available by Zee5. Both Airtel and Zee5 have been irresponsible with no functionality available to activate the voucher in their website and Airtel is least bothered for their customer having purchased this voucher from their App. Why provide such a voucher facility when the customers can not reimburse? How long does this Zee5 need time to enable the simple functionality? Why Airtel is not responding who are in CC and least bothered for customer care, being amount credited to their account? Not sure how many customers are strangled and are facing such difficulty, by looting our hard earned money and defaulting in their service. Few minutes ago i submitted my card details and opted for subscription money has been deducted but i didn't got my subscription...such a pathetic service your providing please doo overlook on that for further details i can show youu my money is deducted from my account.

I do not find any option to cancel my auto-renewal and unsubscription from Zee5 account.
I paid Rs99 as subscription fee for zee5 app but I couldn't download zee5 app I request you to refund the amount thank you
