I would like to inform you that, by mistakenly i have made payment to buy the subscription of rs 999 as i already have another account ([protected]) with premium subscription. So i request to you to please refund the money and unsubscribe me from this yearly subscription.

I have paid zee5 subscription for 1 year. I was able to watch the premium content but today I am unable to watch it from today (21/03/2019) . Also I tried contacting [protected]@zee5 but still they are not giving any response.
