Zefo — bed pickup

I sold my queen bed to zefo and first inspection was scheduled on 26th march but it didn't happen and later inspection was done on 28th march.
Later pickup was scheduled on 30th march and i clearly informed zefo team that i am vacating the house and the pickup needs to be completed positively on 30th as otherwise i will not have any other option to sell the bed and will lose the amount and i was assured by zefo team that it will happen without fail before 6 pm.

I didn't get any details of the pickup person until 4 pm and hence called zefo again and i was told that the pick will happen and the executive also told me the she is not able to reach the delivery person as his phone is not reachable so zefo will also contact me within 30 minutes and pick up will happen.
Later i did not get any call from zefo and even their number was not working post 5 pm and also email sent to [protected]@gozefo.com were not delivered.

I lost my rs 6000 + 3000 (Voucher) and had to leave the bed without getting any return for the same.
