Its only when you completed the full cycle of purchase with this pathetic company you will know that you have been fooled.. They promise easy return... There products are so cheap... Old repaired stuff fixed to a state that you may buy... And then when you want to use promised buy back and get the money back... They'll send some rowdys and will somehow deny to take their product back.
I bought so called unboxed sofa from them.. It appeared low quality but my need was only a year or two... Sofa material was so cheap that in 6 months leather started to wear off and with extremely minor (Better state than what they sell in like new category) they are denying to take back their own product in just 6 months...
