Zefo team has the worst customer service, they do not reply to the email for 10-15 days, i escalated the email multiple times to there department, no one responds on it. They only reply once we tweet on twiter and that too after 3-4 days, they have stated in there email that there escalation process replies within 24-48 hours, but it is not true. They are not able to address the querry and guide the customer correctly.
I am not able to attach the complete thread emails for reference here. But they are not bothered to respond. They do not have the answers to the mistake done by there represetative.
