Zefo — delivered macbook pro has different configuration

I have ordered for a i7 7th gen macbook pro laptop. I recieved i7 4th gen. The quikrr assured person has assured me via whatsapp/call saying it is i7 7th gen. Their ad still showing i7 7th gen.

I have called them many times (Their customer care number will say we will call you back in 2 hours). But i didn't receive any calls.
Quikrr assured says they are not responsible.
