I had ordered a single bed on 3rd october, 2017. I was promised a delivery of the product by 6th october, 2017. But due to heavy rains that day and an odd delivery timing of around 10 pm, i had to postpone the delivery from that day to 8th october. I had received a call stating that my delivery slot will be from 1 - 3pm on 8th october. After speaking to the delivery boy at around 3 pm, i got to know that he has been assigned a slot of 3 - 6pm. I then received a totally delayed mail and an sms at 6:05 pm stating that my delivery slot is 3 - 6 pm on the same day! After speaking to the customer care, i came to know that they haven't received the product yet. I had to wait the entire day and waste my sunday just for the delivery. Then, they had promised a delivery on 10th october between 7.30 - 10pm and again, no sign of the product. Again they had rescheduled it to 11th october between 7 - 9 pm and it has again been postponed without giving a proper reason. I would not recommend anyone to buy/sell products from gozefo. I brought TV from zefo on 6th but just 3days back i have taken dish connection TV display quality is very poor please give me replacement to that product.
