Zefo — faulty and uninstalled furniture with no logging of complaint in customer care

I have ordered for 1 "table" and 1 "chair".
Order id: 182906

The table is damaged and i am requesting for installation and repair of the table from the moment is arrived at my home. I called zefo customer care enormous number of times. Still nobody called or came for assistance, not even a call from them. All i am getting a date to resolve the issue. I request for return of the order and i do not even know if the complaint/requests were raised.
I feel helpless and highly frustrated.
