The product was delivered to me and post a thorough inspection it revealed that the shade was bent at many places and the holder was also broken. The same has been brought to there notice through several phone calls but all i am told is an engineer will visit to chk what can be done but no one comes and i have to explain the same story to another customer care representative on the next day...
I want a replacement or the product should be taken back and my money refunded... Was this information helpful? |
