Zefo — Money Deducted on online shopping - No confirmation on the product delivery

I have purchased the product through the Gozefo app on "10 Aug 2020 12:05 AM" and made the online payment of "". Till today we have raised complaints on email, official Facebook page, and there are no customer care numbers.

We haven't received any response from Gozefo. When we made the online payment we didn't receive any information on the order.
