Zefo — Non delivery of product on scheduled date | |||
I placed an order on zefo on 11th sept. Same day at around 1pm o received a call saying that the product is ready for delivery. I asked the person who called me to postpone it to monday as i was busy in office during that time and i didn't have off on saturday and sunday. The person said monday is their week off, so i asked him to postpone it to tuesday so that i can schedule my off accordingly. I received an sms saying that the delivery date has been rescheduled to 15th sept and that the delivery people will call me a day prior to that. Today it's 15th sept, 2pm and nobody has contacted me yesterday or today. I tried reaching out to their customer support team. But no reply from there. The whatsapp account is handled by a very irresponsible person and he/she is not replying either. I opened the link which i received to track the order. There it's showing that delivery is yet to be scheduled. When that person rescheduled my delivery to 15th sept then why is it showing yet to be scheduled in the app. Now somehow i got contact number of the whitefield office person and he is saying that it will not be delivered today. I told him that i cannot take leave from office everyday Was this information helpful? | |||
