Purchased a queen size bed from zefo few months back and the product was delivered to me within few days, the quality was not that good but i was okay with it but few days back the ply of my bed broke. Contacted the zefo customer care multiple times but still nobody has arrived to provide help even though the product is under warranty, they keep on making excuses. Really fed up of their service, just imagine you dont have a bed to sleep on after day long work and the company from whom you purchased the item is not at all ready to help you out. Just want to sue them, if there is any way that i can do it please let me know Was this information helpful? |
