Zefo — not keeping their commitment

Had bought items under buyback guarantee and now is declining from taking them back. Continuous call and mails are to no avail. Non-responsive and irresponsible behaviour. Calling in to their customer care number also provides no solution. The agents are worthless and even the managers are not ready to take any action. Need to escalate this issue. Please help.
