Zefo — Order Delivery
This is to bring to your notice an incident that took place when my order was being delivered.

The buying experience on the website went quite good but the actual delivery experience didn't quite match up.
The delivery guy called up asking for and exact location link on whatsapp,

I was out of india, and asked him to contact my mom who was there alone at home.
I live in a bit of crowded area in the south mumbai and the delivery guy refused to come and deliver it to our house.
He constantly rang up my mom, and said that I'm waiting at the end of the road, and you need to pick up your order ( a 324L Refrigerator) and he won't come and deliver to my home. He also asked the floor, and if the building had a lift.
When a person is out to deliver a Refrigerator, one will expect he has hands to carry it.
If he was'nt equipped to deliver it, why did he take up this job ??
Fortunately my uncle was at home who then took some help of local porters and a handcart and carried the refrigerator from the main road to the street where I live and then to my house on the 3rd floor. (the additional costing was beared by myself)
When a person order online, he expects the item to be delivered to him home.
I have had many deliveries done at home, I was'nt expecting this kind of delivery service on your behalf.
I had paid all the necessary charges online prehand.
How can one expect this kind of service from a delivery person who does'nt deliver at your doorstep.
I would like you to kindly look into this matter and resolve it and I need feedback from your side asap.
The SMS I've recd. for this as as follows

Dear Customer, We are on our way to deliver your item for order 717309. It will be delivered by ABHAY MALTHANE. Please feel free to contact us on [protected] or write to us at '[protected]@gozefo.com' for any query.
I would like you to do the needful and revert back to me soon.
