Zefo — Wardrobe not assembled after 10 days of buying the product

I purchased a bed and a wardrobe on the 23rd of December. (order no- 333703 and 721877) The same were delivered on 25th december. The bed was immediately assembled but the wardrobe has not been assembled till now. The carpentar who came to assemble the bed refused to do it saying he needsanother carpenat as it would take more than 2 hours to do so . After that I have been unable to contact anybody in Gozefo
