The guy from zen tech took my tv saying it has a back light problem, got it back in 2 days which worked only for 10 days and again when i complained, he took it and had never returned till date... I've been calling them, they don't respond most of the time and when sometimes the guy picks the phone, he talks so rude and promises some time never to come!! I've been waiting for more than a week now, he's happily saying talk in office, i will not come!! And office phone is switched off!! I don't know what to do!! Someone pls help!

I did not get my tv still date Which i had been given for repair on 3rd of may..today is 14th ..till date...they have not said anything about the tv..nor picking my calls..pls look after this matter and help me to solve this problem... they are trying to cheat us i think..pls help us..they have taken the tv..and after one day they tell me tv has reached and then they did not lift any of my callls..so i started calling te person who took the tv from my house but he is not responding now..y do they have to take it if they dont have to do the repair..plz help me in getting my tv back

I gave my for repair to zen tech service 2 weeks back, they said they need to change the panel and will return the TV after 2 days and since then i have been calling them everyday many times, they said they could repair the TV and will send it back, but we have not received the yet, these people do not respond properly .please take appropriate actions against them.

I got Zen Tech services number some where in internet and called them for LCD TV repair. They came and collected my TV on the same day and told they will give repair cost estimates and then based on our approval they proceed.

Its been more than 10 days, neither they are responding to calls not returning TV. Seems fraud company and making people fool.

As people in Bangalore do not have much time to visit there service center or followup with them, they are taking advantage of that.

Please do not give any product for service at Zen tech services there are the no one worst service provider who will not keep the promise said to customer and they call centre no are always busy no one will answer.

we have given our Toshibha tv for service its almost one week still now no answer to calls and our tv is not returned till now

Hello Sir/Mam,

We have called to Zen Services for our Onida TV repair .They said there is an issue with IC inside the TV and have taken it on 10/09/2016 and they said return date was 12/09/2016.Its been weeks we couldn't get our repair done.
Every time we call one lady will pick the call and she will respond very recklessly.We have been suffering from past these many days .None of the phone no's mentioned in consumer complaints were not working .Any help would be greatly appreciable.

My samsung 55 inches led t. V had display problem.
2 people from zentech services came and analysed the tv.
Initially when the t. V was collected from me they said they will be returning it to me in 2 days but now its been more then 1 month they haven't returned my t. V. Also, they mentioned that it'll cost around 16k for repair. Every time i call them they tell in next 2 day you will get your t. V.
But when we pressurised them to return the tv, they are demanding 43000.

We had given the micromax led 50" tv for repair to these crooks on 1st june 2016 for service. They promised to give the same back within 2-3 days but even after constant follow up 2-3 times daily they confirmed on 7th that the tv is ready and will send it within 1-2 days. We have been calling them up on all their numbers and they keep saying that they will give it today evening after 6:00 pm after which they don't pick the phone calls. This has been going on since the past 13-14 days and even threats of giving a complaint in the police station or the press or consumer court don't work as they say pls go ahead.

I am planning to goto the police station tomorrow morning to lodge a fir against them.

I suggest that all refrain from giving these crooks any work or business as they don't deserve any.

They are the No 1 crook in the Industry . Never ever give TV for repair to them. They do not know how to repair it..They have burnt the board and the LED of my TV is gone. Here is the summary.

I contacted them for service and given my TV for repair on may 27th which they took 3 days for me to come up with an estimate. I rejected their estimate and asked them to return the TV back and lodged a complaint with AOC directly. They immediately came and checked the TV and they said that the Motherboard is short which has damaged the LED screen. I contacted them back and one short tempered guys shouts at me saying that they will not repair it again since they know that the mistake they have done.

Dont get into their trap and loose your precious money.. They are the most unprofessional people that I have ever encountered. They do not pick up the phone, they do not have phone etiquettes, They dont provide you updates regularly and list goes on.

Also the person who spoke is not bothered about complaints and he dares me to put a case against him in consumer court..

Their website address is different, company name on website http://www.customercaresupport.co.in/ is different and the DC that is given to me is in different name which is Zen Tech services.

These guys are absolute crooks. I had a problem with my LED tv and was searching for the LG customer care centre. I googled for it and this was the first result that came up http://customercaresupport.co.in which claimed to the a LG authorised service centre. The Zen tech technician came, had a look at the tv and claimed that the mother board had to be replaced. They took the tv and gave it in about 5 days, now the tv was working and they charged Rs 9000 for the same. In about 2 weeks the tv started giving new problems, and when i called them this time they were unresponsive. This time i called LG directly and they send their technician. The LG technician came, checked the TV and said that the Zen tech guys had replaced many of the original components. A couple of days later the original problem started recurring, and this time i took the tv to the Zen tech office. I can't call it in an office, its a ground floor apartment of some building, very suspicious looking. I told the owner about the problem. He switched on the tv and now said that there is a problem with the panel ( a month back his technician had said that it was a motherboard problem), and he said he needs 15 to 20 days to fix it and that i have to pay more for this. He refused to accept that he had replaced the components.
These guys are absolute crooks, they replace parts from TV and charge obscene amounts. I read reviews than many people have lost their TV also in the process. Thinking of filing a police complaint against these guys

They took my TV and didn't return it. If we call they don't pick up. Mahadev Singh is fraud owner for this company who always tells lies. They are collecting TVs from customers in Bangalore and doing some business. They don't have engineers to repair even one TV. The reception lady shruthi use bad words when we visited the company and asked for returning our tv. Not sure why police people are not taking action on this type of people.

Hi My T.V had power problem, on contacting Videocon service centre they assign Zen Tech Services to repair my T.V, initially when the T.V was collected from me they said they will be returning it to me in 3 days, now its been more then 3 months they haven't returned my T.V. Every time i call them they tell in next 2 day you will get your T.V. On calling videocon service centre customer care number they keeps on saying the engg/technician will call you in 5 min, but technician has never given me a call, the T.V was collected from me on 15 dec 2015. phone number of Zen tech Services is [protected]. We have provided our SAMSUNG LCD for repair on 25th Aug, 15 . We got this contact info on #Just Dial online which was JD certified .The team claimed they would repair the LCD and return it within 08 working days. Post that for last 02 months they have been delaying the delivery tel .While we asking them to return the LCD they give us false promise of delivering within a week .Zen Tech contact Mr. Madhavan is the biggest crook, while I threaten him that Iam going to file a consumer complain .Without hesitation he asks me to proceed and file a case . I sincerely require help in sorting this issue of myself and other complaints on this platform against this company .This company should be banned and shut shop for being unethical and giving false promise and cheating people.

ZEN TECH Services repaired my TV on 22nd May. He gave me a repair bill on 22nd May2015. The TV worked only for 1 wk and had same display issue so i once again gave it to him but since then i am struggling on status and get my TV back I frustrated so much that i told him not to repair and send it back as it is. i personally visited 2 times if office (J.P. nagar) and everytime he is saying 1wk - 1wk and so on. I am waiting now to get back TV My job sheet no. 6849. Bill enclosed. I waited for 3 months but TV repair issue is unresolved. I really had horrible experience with local repair person. We had a problem with our onida tv and from zen tech services. Technician came and took the motherboard of the tv and told will be delivered in6 hours. Almost 5 days over still not received. They had taken the TV and got it repaired and returned stating mother board issue. (It was 70 days old T.V bought from out of India). They charged us 6.5k saying replacement of chip and software updation). Later On 15th Jan same issue and after repeated calling them on 20th Jan '15 their tech person came to collect the t.v and said would return the next day. I have given my TV to Zen Tech Services for repairing. Got the company details form Just Dial. They have taken my TV on 15th June and were suppose to deliver it by 17th June. I have not received my TV yet. Till 20th when I called them, they said it was ready and will b e sending soon by 1 or 2 Hrs. Last 2 days they are not even picking up calls.
