[Resolved] Zen Tech Services — TV Repairing - TV Not returned yet | |||
I have given my TV to Zen Tech Services for repairing. Got the company details form Just Dial. They have taken my TV on 15th June and were suppose to deliver it by 17th June. I have not received my TV yet. Till 20th when I called them, they said it was ready and will b e sending soon by 1 or 2 Hrs. Last 2 days they are not even picking up calls. Mahadev Singh of "ZEN TECH SERVICE" took my TV for a board related problem on the 10 march 2016 and now it looks like my TV is gone . This is a fraud company ! Beware of this man and the company !
I gave my LCD 40" Sony LCD TV for repair on 6/6/2016 .They promised to retun in 2 days.It's been 21 days and they have not yet returned the TV.Alex, Shruthi and Mahadev are the ones speaking to me.Everyday, they say they are going to send the TV back but to no avail.Seems to be a fraud company. Contemplating of sending a legal notice to them and lodging a police complaint as well..
They have taken my TV on August 11th which was supposed to be delivered very next day. Every day I have been calling them and they are differing it to the next day and the next. They neither know to talk properly and if they do it's like they are doing a favor to you. Wondering when the TV comes back.

There guys took my LCD 40" TV for repair, stating that it would take 2 days. After 10 days they delivered the TV and took money. It was working for one hour, before it stopped working agin.
Now they are not picking my calls. If they do, they state that the technician would be there in 2-3 hours. The technician never shows up.
