Zepto — Did not get my product delivered and customer support asking me to cancel

I ordered a product from zepto on 18 Nov 23 at 10:56pm and i did not get the product delivered till 12:15 am 19 Nov 23 and when i reached the customer service they are asking me to cancel the order. When they do not want to deliver the order why did they accept the order and Zepto app keeps sending the notification to order and when ordered i don't get deliver of the product what non sense and also wasted my precious time. I want zepto to be penalised.
