[Resolved]  Zepto — Order not delivered, Money deducted

I ordered diary products from an app called zepto.I ordered at around 8:26am while I was waiting for the items to be delivered, I received a message that your order have been delivered at around 8:49am.
But I hadn't got any order .
I called their customer support several times and they said to talk in-app chat support.
When I contacted them they were adament that the the store has delivered the order.
I asked them then can you give me the contract number of delivery person so that I can directly ask him where he has delivered the order but the are not giving the contact information of delivery person or the store.

I have paid Rs 337 for the order through online UPI mode of Paytm.
Please help me in this sir

Either I want the order or I want my refund.
There has been so much mental harrassment for this.
