Missing item and still charged saying it was delivered
Ordered 2 20 pack of gold flake blue but received one. The rider didn't take an image of the product delivered, didn't answer my calls when called up to inquire.
The customer service rep. Rachna hitendra gala said they cannot share the image of the order delivered as those are for security reasons and that these were shared with the delivery team.
The rep refused to share the image with me but easily denied my request for a refund.
Lesson learned. Order placed, money spent. And refund not received stating it's delivered.

I ordered a product from zepto and i did not get delivery the delivery time kept on increasing everytime and when i reached customer support to resolve the issue they told they are trying and its been more than an hour the order is placed i don't see any update in the order status and the delivery time is just keep increasing and customer support later asked my permission to cancel the order so my concern here is that if they did not want...

Did not get my product delivered and customer support asking me to cancel
I ordered a product from zepto on 18 Nov 23 at 10:56pm and i did not get the product delivered till 12:15 am 19 Nov 23 and when i reached the customer service they are asking me to cancel the order. When they do not want to deliver the order why did they accept the order and Zepto app keeps sending the notification to order and when ordered i don't get deliver of the product what non sense and also wasted my precious time. I want zepto to be penalised.

I ordered grocery products from an app called Zepto.I ordered, and while I was waiting for the items to be delivered, I received a message that your order had been delivered but I hadn't received any order.
I called their customer support several times and they said to talk in-app chat support.
When I contacted them they kept on forwarding the chat control to 3-4 floor assistant people and each one of them was asking the same...

I was shown a 15 mins delivery confirmation after I placed my order. As soon as 15 mins were done and I checked the app, the timer showed 22 mins more for delivery! The reason cited for this was rains, although it wasn't even raining. I could have ordered from another app which was honest enough to convey a 30 min delivery time in the timer. Money deducted, order not placed

Date of Incident: 09.08.2023
This is regarding the online shopping app called Zepto. I added the items to my cart and made the payment through the UPI option however, it did not reflect on the app. Therefore, my order was not placed but money got deducted from my bank account. The total bill amount was Rs. 299. I request you to please help me with this. I would like to have the order delivered or my money refunded.

Refund status
I have ordered something from zepto on 1st may and I make payment through the phone pay and it is debited from my account but some of reasons order is not confirmed and I have checked with zepto that in their accounts payment is not reflecting.
My account details are as follows-

And I have attached Screen shot of payment.
So I want to file a complaint against zepto for this.
Note - There spport executives are very bad and very rude behavior they are just come up with the fake promises and suddenly disconnect the calls.

I recently ordered amul lassi ( Qty-4, price-80, each-20 rupees)from Zepto. Amul lassi actual price is 17 rupees but zepto charge 20 rupees each. This is not good for customer. So i want refund my money with compensation nd they apologize for this

Issue related to "Refund not Initiated"
I have ordered mangoes on 2nd April and received damaged products. And raised complaint immediate next day 3rd April. They told Amount initiated with in 7 days. But no refund received. On 20th April I approached customer support and they told order is older than 7 days They simply change words and try to blame customers. In between I wrote a mail to customer support with an attachment of product pic. This is very pathetic. They blame customers. They don't have any respect. Help in this regard. I lost my money because of their mistake.

Damaged fruits delivered and refund not initiated
Ordered mangoes and received damaged fruits, till now Amount not refunded. Raised multiple complaints, but no response.
No proper customer support
Because of their worst policy I lost my money. Please don't place any orders from ZEPTO. They are always blaming customers and they want to gain profit and put customers in loss.

Product not delivered and no refund/replacement for the same

I had ordered 3 sets of cakes
Cake combo 1 has 3 pieces of cakes
Cake combo 2 and cake combo 3 have 5 pieces of cakes each
Total i was supposed to receive 13 pieces of cake out of which I only received 3.
Now obviously i went to raise it to the customer support and the amount of backlash i have received for this. I shared the screenshot of my order (which they asked me to multiple time even though they can very easily access it) and I shared the picture from my camera roll of the order I had received as soon as I received it.
The amount of mismanagement these people have. They tell me there is nothing they can do because the order has been delivered from their end. On call with me, the customer support agreed with me that yes the quantity delivered was not right. But since the image does not match with the image delivery partner must have sent her, that is why they cannot issue a replacement or a refund and there is very "little" they can do about it. They are asking me to share the MRP of the product to do some reconciliation and tell me that because zepto has discounted the price it is okay. How???? I paid 85 rs each for combo 2 and 3 and my total is 231 and the products i have received is priced only 56. some weird math they are using that i don't know. And this whole interaction is the SAME across two - three different customer support executives that I connected with for this issue. It has legit been 2 days. No the amount is not a lot, and it is just cake but this is about ethics. This is extremely ridiculous.
The worst part, when i was repeatedly trying to explain the issue, the customer executive started confusing me and herself also, and I could hear her superior taunt me to correct me where I started stammering. I have never ever ever had to face such a thing with any delivery app. Let alone chasing like this for a refund/replacement.
Now after this I actually need a refund. I am never ever ever ever ordering anything from Zepto ever again. Their lack of good customer support and mismanagement of products just keeps peaking.

Zepto not refunding amount for products not being delivered
On April 2nd, 2 orders, order no are ddfdcbknh38887 and ddfdcbknh67863 of Rs 193 each got cancelled and amount got debited from my bank account. After multiple follow on chat and call, they are abusing me and not refunding the amount.
Contacted my bank for the same. they replied the amount has been debited and zepto should initiate refund, bank has asked zepto to share bank account statement that they haven't received the amount to take further action, but still no reply from Zepto and constantly abusing me over the call with bad words
Please help in this regard.

NMilk delivered is already curdled. 29th March,1 st April and 9th April. All days curdled and rotten milk delivered. REFUND.
I ordered milk from zapto. Bangalore Chamrajpet area. They are delivering already cuddled and rotten milk every time. Today I ordered at 9:00 a.m. all the 8 packs of Nandini milk delivered rotten and curdled, none of the packs where usable.
all the milk got curdled from morning thay are playing around the chat game send images, send videos and finally every time they just passing on the chat here and there and telling resolution cannot be provided, just feedback to Nandini will be given.
All my money wasted my time wasted my energy wasted.

Zepto app showing that my order is delivered but I didn't received any order. I called the rider he is telling that he called the number displayed for him and he delivered it and a lady recieved it he is telling he didn't received my details. He also told in that order noodles is there but actually it is not my order and he also telling he didn't got my number. Telling me he will solve the issue tomorrow

Threatened by delivery executive

Received threat from delivery executive of Zepto because as he didn't want to home deliver the order. He somehow go to my place got the order delivered and then threatened us. Myself and the family feel unsafe. What kind of service provider is this where you receive a threat for something that has to be without saying.

And zepto support team is saying that it is mentioned on the website that these things are ment to be consumed same day.
How can someone consume 1 liter in 2 hours, even if i can why do i consume something which i do not want to in a subjected time.

Delivered milk that says use by 13th at 10 pm on 13th Feb 2023, and they says that it is ment to be consumed same day. How can some one consume 1 liter with 2 hours. And Support team is so rude that they are not even listening saying that drop mail to support team that's it.

Order Was Marked As Delivered But Was Not Delivered
First of all Zepto this is not the kind of behaviour i would expect first the order which was marked as delivered and was not delivered to me and i called the delivery partner he was not picking up the call and then i goes to in app support where they wasted my 45 minutes then started we have throughly reviewed it was delivered to you but as i said it was not delivered to me so i called and then the customer support executive was talking rudely to me i paid 413 ruppes for that order which is not a small amount so i request zepto to look into this and provide the refund

The product reaching expiry date is delivered
I ordered atta on 30th January.we found it spoiled when I opened the product. The expiry date is 21st february.its a pack of 5kg atta. When I checked with customer service they failed to refund or exchange.i need complete refund or exchange.

We were your loyal customers till date but today we have unistalled your app for good because of the arrogant, dirty behaviour of your delivery boys .
This happened today infact half an hour ago at the junction of pawar nagar last bus stop thane when one of your delivery guy wearing a bandana was honking endlessly and speeding up like hell wanting to overtake our car, not just that he started foul mouthing

Frequent SMS after deleting my account

Hi Team,
I have faced the problem with Zepto, while ordering they have delivered all the items except one item with offer. I have requested them to deliver it because of their mistake.
They are irresponsible and made refund and asked to reorder it. If you reorder you need to pay the full amount instead of the offered price.
I have deleted my account with their customer service. After that i am keep on receiving frequent SMS from them. How it is possible?
I don't want to use Zepto hereafter.
Could you please help me to stop the SMS, which is irritating me.
