I had ordered groceries from the Zepto app, it usually has to reach within 20mins of ordering but even after 1hour the order hadn't arrived so I checked the app regarding the same that is when I was shocked to see the order shows it has delivered while it hasn't delivered yet. Its a painful process to be associated with you guys.

My order # 50647UVWD78370 is not serviced by your team and its showing "Delivered" on your portal.

There is no customer redressal call no. where we can reach out for instant response. Your claim of "10 mins DELIVERY" is false.

I had ordered five products on zepto and I only received two products...

Today 4/04/2024 delivery agent delivered chicken and gave me a pamphlet that says you were picked up from dustbin that's inhuman i' am not from the dustbin how dare they say that to me or any of my family members....

Zepto sold me a used Airfryer. On returning it back, they said they would refund. But just took back the product and didnt issue a refund. There is no way to connect to their customer service now. And the manager is not picking up the call either....

They have supplied me spurious products.
Despite calling and complaining no answer.
My complaint with brand bisleri is lodged. And they are in possession of wrong goods supplied...

I have ordered mangoes on 2nd April and received damaged products. And raised complaint immediate next day 3rd April. They told Amount initiated with in 7 days. But no refund received. On 20th April I approached customer support and they told order is older than 7 days They simply change words and try to blame customers. In between I wrote a mail to customer support with an attachment of product pic. This is very pathetic. They blame customers....
