In June 2025, there was a Promotion to complete 6 transactions and be eligible for a 1500 cash which would be deposited in account as zeptocash by 18 July. This was not done. When contacted this was acknowledged twice and informed that the next date was 24 August. Incomplete & damaged order

I am extremely disappointed with the delivery experience for the above order.
I ordered 4 milk pouches, but only received 2.
The bananas delivered were in a completely rotten condition.
When I raised the issue, your support team asked me to check with the security. I strongly disagree — it is not my responsibility to track down a missing or damaged item after delivery. That is your team’s job, not mine.
This level of service is completely unacceptable. I request an immediate refund or redelivery of the missing and spoiled items. If not resolved quickly, I will be forced to escalate this matter further.

I had placed an order for a tray of eggs through Zepto (Order ID: OHVKPCKBK89664). Upon delivery, several eggs were broken and leaking, as clearly shown in the attached image. This is not only a loss but also raises hygiene concerns.

On 23rd june 2025, the delivery boy mr samadhan shivaji pawar visited my location for a delivering the order no ljjipsnn24995. During the visit, he claimed that his bike had a flat tyre and requested ₹2000 in cash, promising to return the amount the next day. He was not moving from my door and keep on requesting. Even after denying him he was not ready to leave.

Referral Reward Not Credited – Follow-up & Compensation Request
I am writing to follow up on a referral reward that I was eligible for but have yet to receive. My friend placed their first order on Zepto using my referral code and address, in accordance with your referral program. As per the promotion, I was supposed to receive ₹200 in Zepto Cash.
I previously contacted customer support and was asked to wait 24–48 hours. I complied with the request, but even after this period, the reward was not credited and I received no further update.
Additionally, I’d like to express that it has been quite difficult and time-consuming to get in touch with your team. The process of trying to resolve this simple issue has cost me significant time and effort, which I believe warrants some form of compensation or goodwill credit, in addition to the original referral amount.

On 28 February 2025, I placed an order for two lipsticks, Blue Heaven and Sugar Pop, from Zepto. However, when I received the order, I was shocked to find that the Blue Heaven lipstick was broken and melted. The product was clearly damaged during shipping.

On January 21st, we purchased Sid's farm curd from Zepto, expecting quality and freshness. Instead, we received curd that had already expired on January 19th! This blatant carelessness led to illness that took two days to recover from. Delivering an expired product and calling it a "super saver order"? That’s not just negligence—it’s outright fraud! I will never use Zepto again.

I had ordered groceries from the Zepto app, it usually has to reach within 20mins of ordering but even after 1hour the order hadn't arrived so I checked the app regarding the same that is when I was shocked to see the order shows it has delivered while it hasn't delivered yet. I ordered grocery products from an app called Zepto. I ordered at 11.01PM on 29/04/2024, and at that time it was showing 13 mins for delivery, but at 12.30AM on 30/04/2024, it was still showing 3, packing is being done, even then I waited for next 10 mins and slept off without my knowledge, next day morning when I checked my phone I found 3 missed calls, I received a message that your order had been delivered but I hadn't received any order.
I called their customer support several times and they said to talk in-app chat support.
When I contacted them they kept on forwarding the chat control to 3-4 floor assistant people and each one of them was asking the same... No resolution had been provided, and they were keep on saying your feedback has been taken.

Ordered 2 20 pack of gold flake blue but received one. The rider didn't take an image of the product delivered, didn't answer my calls when called up to inquire.

I ordered a product from zepto on 18 Nov 23 at 10:56pm and i did not get the product delivered till 12:15 am 19 Nov 23 and when i reached the customer service they are asking me to cancel the order. When they do not want to deliver the order why did they accept the order and Zepto app keeps sending the notification to order and when ordered i don't get deliver of the product what non sense and also wasted my precious time. I want zepto to be penalised.

I ordered grocery products from an app called Zepto.I ordered, and while I was waiting for the items to be delivered, I received a message that your order had been delivered but I hadn't received any order.
I called their customer support several times and they said to talk in-app chat support.
When I contacted them they kept on forwarding the chat control to 3-4 floor assistant people and each one of them was asking the same questions and did not provide any resolution to the problem.
The delivery person was not lifting the phone and the support engineer asked me to drop the call and come over to chat and same cycle continued for more than an hr. finally neither I received my order nor the refund.
I paid Rs 251 for the order through the online UPI mode of Phone Pe.
Please help me in this regard
Either I want the order or I want my refund.
There has been so much time wasted and no proper service from the vendor
I am attaching the photo of the invoice of the order which I have not received till now. Expecting swift action from you sir

I was shown a 15 mins delivery confirmation after I placed my order. As soon as 15 mins were done and I checked the app, the timer showed 22 mins more for delivery! The reason cited for this was rains, although it wasn't even raining. I could have ordered from another app which was honest enough to convey a 30 min delivery time in the timer. I have ordered something from zepto on 1st may and I make payment through the phone pay and it is debited from my account but some of reasons order is not confirmed and I have checked with zepto that in their accounts payment is not reflecting.
