I have ordered something from zepto on 1st may and I make payment through the phone pay and it is debited from my account but some of reasons order is not confirmed and I have checked with zepto that in their accounts payment is not reflecting.
My account details are as follows-
UTR number for transaction[protected]
Transaction ID - T2305011924141885228759
And I have attached Screen shot of payment.
So I want to file a complaint against zepto for this.
Note - There spport executives are very bad and very rude behavior they are just come up with the fake promises and suddenly disconnect the calls. Was this information helpful? |
