I have ordered a beet q11 pro smart watch worth 999/- with cash on delivery. But i received a poor local quality wrist watch. I was called the customer care, number in working hours, but phone switched off. and email id on parcel is (Help. [protected]@gmail.com) which seems to be fake, please refund my money or deliver the exact product which i ordered. It is highly disappointing and my complaint needs to be resolved as soon as possible looking forward a reply from you.
