My id is DL0498 i had executed sell on may crude oil mini 1 contract may future at 2657 on 15 march but on 16 march zerodha RMS stopped and closed my position in loss citing reason that shortage of money whereas less than 40 percent of margin was used 102 points was difference in buy (2759) and sell (2657).
according to rules 3100 rs margin was blocked and only 1020 ruppes negative was thr not even 50 percent margin and they closed my trade.

i want justice...refund of my lost money. and possible future profits.
how they could close my trade so early

At the time of opening account company promised that I would be explained/trained about the trading and a book would be given me on this subject It was further promised that as soon as the account is opened free training would be started by maniknandan about the share trading but so far nothing is done.

Never trust Zerodha. They are fraud. Never meet their words and promises. Their sales team lures you with false promises and then once you are in the trap, they show their real color. Zerodha sales team promised me (12th March 2013) that within 7 days a demat account will be opened. I was in urgent need of demat account as I need to hold debenture in my demat account. Based on this 7 days promise I decided to open the account with Zerodha. But even after 11 days it hasn't opened. They are cheat and fraud. After 7 days of constant follow up, their operational team confirmed that it will be done on 11th day morning. This was extreme deadline as I had corporate action coming up. First they promised morning, then they said it will be done in few hours and then they said it will be done by EOD. The customer care representative, Shamantha, first promised it'll be done in the morning, then several hours, then she said it will be done by EOD. The reperesentative doesnt do her job properly. On calling their customer care number, every time they note down your number and promise that you will get a call back but never call back actually. It's their job to follow up with the teams and get back with the status. But Shamantha, in turn asked me to follow up with IL&FS myself if I was in that hurry. at 5:30 pm I again asked them for the DMAT acount number, but she said, it will be done by EOD. I said it's already office closing time but she said EOD means 8:00 pm!! They should know the working hours of their affiliates but to my surprise, they said the demat account cant be open even on the EOD of 11th day, as the IL&FS office is closed down today, it can't be opened today. It's really heights of irresponsibility and fake promises. Never trust these guys.
