[Resolved] Zerodha — delay to process physical shares transfer (ticket #[protected]) | |||
Hi team I sent my dad's "original share certificate" (100 shares - corporate courier) along with "3 copies of drf" & "self-attested copy of pan" via speed post having consignment no - et[protected]in which delivered to zerodha h. O. On 22-nov-2018. I raised ticket #[protected] on behalf of my dad (User id - gn2169) to know the status of physical shares transfer. I am chasing zerodha from 26-nov to get the status of physical shares transfer. But everything in vain. It seems zerodha hardly bothers customers. Verified Support Dec 03, 2018 Zerodha Customer Care's response Dear SanjayWe apologize for the experience you had with regards to this. One of our support representative will get in touch with you shortly. Also, with regards to de-materialization the last date is not on Dec 5th. Only transfer of physical shares will not be possible after Dec 5th, there is no restriction on de-materialization. | |||

I have 5000 rs in Zerodha and i bought 250 shares of nila infra with this 5000 rs buying price is 20 rs
Now in my account showing avg buying price is 4 rs
And now i have only 1000 rs in my account
Theese all are done by zerodha without giving proper communication
