Mess up with the customer service..I have recently joined Zerodha, hoping it would be a better platform but they proved me wrong..very very bad service by support center..Mr.Prashant R R, is assisting my problem. I mailed him for more than 7-8 times regarding my funds transfer but they have not solved my problem..I made two transactions through IMPS to my trading account..Bank balance shows that the payment was successful..Zerodha account is showing that the payment had not received...I have provided all the necessary documents such as bank statement but they are just avoiding it...Never trust zerodha guys..Go for other brokers in India..

Zerodha customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I am also facing similar issue in Zerodha. I have transferred amount from my HDFC bank using eCMS facility, but the amount is not credited in Zerodha account. Each time I am calling the customer support they are saying within 5 minutes credit will be applied. But the issue is not resolved yet.
They credited the amount after end of market hours. I lost one day for this delay. Even support team staff is now saying that fund update is done by end of day. But as per Zerodha policy they credited the fund within 10 minutes for IMPS or eCMS transfer. Very bad service indeed.
