Zerodha — place limit order in mis

Hi. I am zerodha id.. And have placed limit order for buying stock at price 341.1 then with sec my order is executed at at 339.9 even stock price never touch above 340.5... For this i have to face losses.. Have bad experience with this zerodha platform.. If problem continues then no one will use this vey bad platform and never want to trade with ur zerodha platform... This 13 march'18 got loos of 6.3 k duo to second leg order issue from zerodha, could not exist and stop loss did't trigger.
i raised a ticked did at least 6 followups, no response from zerodha.

please help us to get refund
