[Resolved] Zerodha — refund of account opening fees paid by me amounting to rs. 500 | |
Hi, i had applied for opening an a/c on your mobile trading app and as such had paid rs. 500 towards account opening fees. The payment was deducted from my a/c ide payment id: pay_clzwtw89fpu89n through razor pay. Subsequently, i was not given a client id credentials or a password. I was being directed to a page to link my ac with the digilocker platform to complete e-kyc. But the issue is that my mobile number is not licked to my adhar card and as such, i cannot get opt to complete the procedure. As such, i am stuck at the same and cannot proceed.
